Jason's pov

I don't know what to do!! What's gonna happen?! He was still crying on the floor. "Ugh I wanted to wait til you were older but it looks like the talk can't wait any longer." He stares at me confused. "What talk?" I sigh. "The birds and the bees." "I don't want to! I wanna go home!" I stand back up starting to get pissed off. "Dammit kid listen!" I gasp, grabbing his arm and making him sit down.

Miranda's pov

Jason and CJ walk out two hours later. My brother looking absolutely shell shocked and Jason looking embarrassed. "W-What happened?" "It's all good. We're back on track." Jason says, holding my hand. CJ nods looking away. I'm so worried. Jason turns on cartoons for him and we go upstairs. "What'd you come up with?" I ask worriedly laying down on the bed, a hand to my headache filled head. "The only thing I could think of." "Which was?" He sits on the edge of the bed, his head in his hands. "Ok don't be mad but I had to give him the birds and the bees talk." "I'm not mad but did it work?" "I think so. I hope so."

Jason's pov

And if it didn't, then what I said after woulda definitely convinced him to keep his trap shut. I only wish I didn't say that.

~flashback~

After that long and very embarassing talk, I stood back up, wringing my hands. "So..... Do ya get it now?" He clenches his tiny fists and glares at me. "No! Leave me alone!" I'm already frustrated. Now he's gonna be the death of me! I try to fight down my anger but it doesn't work and I grab his shoulders a little too hard. "You better keep your mouth shut when we walk back out there! I've come too far to risk losing everything because of some stupid kid that ain't even mine!"

~flashback over~

God I wish I didn't say that! He's just gonna hate me more! I didn't mean to say it. I was mad and scared! I didn't know what was gonna happen! "Are we okay?" She whispers. I look back. "Of course we are baby. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you." I lay beside her and she scoots closer. I hug her tight.

*the next day*

I was up before the sun even came up. I couldn't sleep well at all last night. Maybe I should check on him. But he's probably not awake. I'll have to talk to him alone when he wakes up. I walk downstairs to get a cup of coffee. "Sleep well?" "Whoa! Holy!" I spin around caught off guard. "C-CJ y-you're awake, you scared the shit outta me!" He was sitting at the dining room table. I don't know how I didn't see him. "That makes two of us." He says, staring at his hands. "Look, buddy I didn't mean what I said last night. I was upset and it wasn't true." He doesn't move. "We're all good right?" He still doesn't move. I'm starting to get worried.

*a few months later*

CJ hasn't been the same since the incident between us. I hate it. I think our relationship has forever been ruined. We're nothing like we were before. Miranda doesn't know anything. Thank goodness. We go to a doctor's appointment for the baby. She gives him her phone to keep him occupied. Then our Doctor, Dr. Sanchez walks in. "How are y'all doing?" "Good doc, I wanna know are we gonna find the gender out today?" She gasps impatient. I smile and hold her hand. "We can try an ultrasound and see." She starts the machine and my mind drifts off to me and CJ. I just wish we could go back to normal. I wish he didn't hate me. Suddenly I feel a tug on my hand. I get out of my thoughts to see her staring at the screen shocked. I can't really make anything out. "Congratulations you two, you're gonna have a little girl." My hands start to sweat and my eyes go wide. "A baby girl?" She nods.

*later*

CJ was in his room. We were in ours. "I can't believe it.... We're gonna have a little girl." She whispers, tearing up. "Y-Yeah I'm shocked by it too...... I've always wanted a little girl." "Yeah, especially since we already have a little boy." She says, kissing my cheek. I sigh. She has a little boy. He hates me now. She lays on my shoulder. "I'm not fat." She whispers. "No." I say. "And you'd tell me if I was?" I laugh. "No." She sits up quickly. I smile and grab her hand. "Cause you're never gonna be anything but beautiful in my eyes." "Oh Jay." I hug her tight and pull her down beside me. "I love you baby." "I'll always love you Jason." I kiss her gently, a hand entangling in her long brown hair. We were in a deep make out session when the door opens. Shit! He didn't walk in on us again?! Did he?! But no one is there! Huh? "CJ?" She calls, confused but he's not there. I get up, confused and go to the door to close it. "That was weird." I say. "Go check on CJ." "Hun, he's probably asleep." "Just do it! I have a bad feeling!" "Ok ok calm down baby." I open the door again and walk down to his room. I knock on the door. "Buddy, you okay?" Silence. He's probably asleep. I suddenly got a bad feeling too. That's even weirder. I open the door. "CJ? You awake?" Oh my God! He's gone!
