"Keep Me Silent"
On that one night
All I see is pain
Nothing but tears
That kept me insane
Struggling to hold it in
I failed miserably
I was exposed
To my own misery
The surface that tensed
More than years could count
Popped like a bubble
With a hushed cry sound
Those feelings inside
That were deep in slumber
Awoken with one glimpse
Of memories I remember
On that one night
All I see is pain
Nothing but tears
That kept me insane
I wallowed within it
Drowning in my demise
To what I thought was lost
But I was surprised
That humanity was within me
Darkness subdued
All those fierce emotions
Ensued
Cry
On that one night
Sleep
I pray it might
Keep me silent.
Hush...hush.
