"Time Lives Like Us"
If there was a time
When time could rewind,
Rewind like the hourglass
A symbol, a sign,Then the future would never happen;
We could never be free
From the lot of our sins,
From the burden of our iniquities.But we all wished
That the past would repeat,
So that in the future
We have beaten defeat.But kill who or what?
Ourselves in the end?
Or the time to rebuild oneself
Over and over again?The irony of such fate
Such loss of such life
That time seeks revenge
To those who cut him with a knife.Time gives;
Time waits;
Time moves on
Before it's too late.But when he's interrupted,
Time would get mad;
That he'd seek your karma--
A scene you would wish you never had.(c) 2013.
