Hey, guys! So with Wattpad's new update, people have been getting a lot of problems. Listen, I know it's annoying and all, but let me ask you a question: What have YOU DONE to fix the problem? Have you tried logging out? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Have you tried restarting your phone?
In most cases, those solutions above fix the problem but when they don't you can always message Wattpad about it! And I don't mean their profile here, but actual Wattpad people who work there.
Messaging Wattpad gives you direct contact with an Wattpad employee at Wattpad Help so you are able to talk to someone about the specifics details of your problem. It's really helpful and super quick because Wattpad responds super quick! Unfortunately, most people don't know about this, so I'm going to do a quick tutorial on it!
Here's what you do:
1) Go to your profile page and click "Settings" or the gear looking icon on the top right corner of your screen

2) Nect, click "Help Center." Once you go here you will be taken directly to another page.

The first option is mainly for people new to Wattpad and the second one is where you'll go for solutions to your problems. The third one is just something that's self explanatory
So 3) Click on "Solve A Problem"

Once you click on that you will be taken to this page:

As you can see, the top three are major problems that people are facing everyday. Wattpad is still fixing them but there are temporary solutions to those problems.
4) However, if you have a more SPECIFIC problem you're gonna want to click "Tell Us More"

Once there, you will be taken to this page which gives more general problems that others are dealing with that are slightly more specific to your problem.

Click on any of these any general areas and there you will be taken to specific problems that that certain general area is having.
For example, I'm gonna go to the Create Page area:

See? Clicking on a certain general problems will give you more specific problems. You can click on anything of the options above and it'll take you to the Wattpad Help site which gives you info on how to solve your problem.
