Before doing the actual coloring for ANY of the color pallet requests, I decided to try one out just to get a feel to using only a few selected colors.

This is Garnet from Steven Universe and I'm using the #6 Pallet. :D
And honestly? I love this! This is sooooo pretty for a first attempt! And I nailed that shading on the skin with the dark blue! (ง ಠ益ಠ)ว FUCK YEAH! Learning how to shade with other colors!
A Helpful Tip: When doing color pallets, you don't have to make all the colors prominent and "pop out." You can use some for shading, highlighting, base colors, lineart and all that kind of fun!
So hopefully now, I won't be a fuck up with the colors in your requests XD I should be doing Crimson's one soon, so I'll see how that turns out!
Also, I'll be doing another coloring of this picture *-* It was originally supposed to be fanart for the recent episode for Steven Universe, MindfulEducation, but eh. I chose to do it for this as well :D
By the way, if you watched that episode I'm so happy you did. Gosh, Steven Universe has such great messages to kids ;u; Not only are they talking about appropriate gender pronouns, same sex parents, diverse body types, PTSD, getting over a loved one, but they're also talking about mental illnesses. More specifically to those who have anxiety and have anxiety attacks. ;u; I just love this show so much. It's my savior.
