Here you can fully describe your problem and send it DIRECTLY to Wattpad Help! Once the message is sent, Wattpad Help will send you an email asking for more details and will lists some possible suggestions for you to try out.
Responding to their emails and updating Wattpad on how your problem is going is IMPORTANT. This gives them time to think over your problem and to solve your problem asap which actually works because 1) I have personal experience with this and it DOES work, 2) it allows them to closely look at your profile for any bugs, and 3) it's just so much easier for them to fix.
