Sorry for taking so long. No my life didn't get screwed up again, but I had started another two fics, both Larry Stylinson, so if you like AU's involving medicine or mermaids feel free to check them out. For the record I am continuing this I'm just a lazy shit. Honestly. But I love you all so comment and vote and I'll update more often.
Much love! xx
Anne POV
"And here you see the freshmen dorms. Girls and boys are in separate halls and the showers are communal." The tour guide states. I sigh to myself and feel Louis's thumb running over my knuckles. I squeeze his palm and Jessi giggles and says something to Lottie. We've gotten a lot of stares today, mainly from little girls who 'are so in love with One Direction' and fans who are my age who just wanted to say hi. I tried to ignore a few who made Larry comments.
"You doing okay?" Louis asks softly and I nod to myself not really hearing what he said. "Love," he says softly and I lean into his side. "What's up?" He asks softly. I take a long breath and fidget with my hair before speaking.
"I don't know if I want to go to college right now. I mean I do, but it's a lot." I huff and Jessi tugs on my hand begging to be carried. I lift her and hold her on my hip.
"Any questions from anyone?" The guide asks and Louis raises his hand.
"Yeah. How do you pick roommates?" He asks and I glance to him embarrassed. He has every right to ask a question but I was hoping he would be able slide by. The guide throws him a flirtatious smile before answering.
"We have a program that works like e-harmony, and searches out the best roommate for every student. Changes are allowed to be made two weeks into the semester." She states. Louis nods to himself taking mental notes. The tour guide smiles at him a bit too friendly and I grab his hand tightly and make a pointed glance towards her. He's probably half her age for crying out loud.
"If that is all we will start on our way towards the dining hall for our lunch break." She states. Louis tugs my hand and touches Lottie's back. Backing away from the crowd we enter a stairwell where I set Jessi on her feet and she runs ahead of me. I watch her jump down the stairs and laugh. Louis touches my wrist and trails his fingers over the skin.
"Are you okay?" He asks me and I shrug slowly after thinking.
"I think so." I mumble. Louis tugs my hand making me glance to him.
"Love, if you don't want to go to University you don't have to." He states softly. I sigh and lean into him.
"I know that, but I don't want to have to leach off you and Niall for the next couple years. I want to go get a degree and supply myself with my own income." I state and he sighs before pressing a kiss to my temple.
"You van mooch off me for the rest of your life if you think you need to." He states and I roll my eyes. I love how generous he is but I have to get a degree. "Love if you don't think you can do this, putting it off for a year is perfectly fine." He states while I twist the ring on my finger. My mum's ring. I take a deep breath as we exit the dormitories, leading Louis to the place we parked my car. Entering I take a deep breath before starting the radio, and letting the soft beats of The Script play out. I turn the volume up a smidge before picking up Jessi and setting her in the car seat in the back.
"Can you buckle yourself?" I ask and she nods before biting her tongue and fumbling with the belt. Lottie laughs softly as she slips into the back. I click the buckle into the slots before sliding back into the front and backing from our spot. Pulling onto the main road we go down to Subway for lunch. Pulling into the parking spot, I stop the engine and he smiles at me soflty.
