Universal POV:

It's finally time for the tribute parade. The first time to meet the tributes and for the sponsors to get an idea of who to sponsor. This year they have bigger chariots to fit the 2 sets of twins.

First is District 1. Arelynn, Ashlynn, and Quinn are dresses in long white strapless dresses with sparkles at the top. Arelynn and Ashlynn have their blonde hair is pulled up in a bun with curly prices down by their faces, and Quinn's light brown hair is done the same. Quincy is dressed in a white tuxedo with a black bowtie. As soon as their chariot comes into sight, the crowd gets wild, as they always do for the careers. They get bouquets of flowers thrown at them, and Ashlynn even catches one.

Next comes District 2. Samantha and Amanda are both dressed in dresses that go to their knees. Their dresses are gold and fade into white at the bottom. They have their brown hair down and curled with a gold headband. Xavier and Xander are dressed in gold tuxedos with white bowties. Again, since they're careers, the crowd goes crazy.

After them, it's District 3. The girls, Brynn, Olivia, and Olive are dressed in metallic like dresses that are a deep blue. They have headbands on with gears on them since their district is technology. Ben has on a suit made from the same material.

Next is District 4. Rosalynne is dressed like a mermaid, and she has seashells in her dirty blonde curly hair. Ryan is dressed like a fish. Amethyst and Amber are dressed like sailors, with striped dresses and a sailor hat. They're both holding fishing hooks and have seashells.

Then it's District 5. All 4 boys are dressed in black with wires all over them since district 5 is power, and they have hats with lightbulbs. They actually look kind of ridiculous.

Next is District 6. Grace is wearing a dress with a picture of a train, and Faith is wearing a dress with a picture of a peacekeeper truck on it. Their hair is done half up, half down anx curled. Lynx and Lynch are both dressed in black tuxes while holding peacekeeper helmets.

After that is District 7. The girls, Cara and Rylee, are dressed in dresses to look like wood and have the tips of their hair dyed green and straightened. The boys, Cade and Road, have on lumberjack outfits which are plaid shirts and jeans, and are holding axes.

Next is District 8. This year, all 4 girls are dressed in peacekeeper outfits altered to have a skirt and are more feminine. They have their hair pulled up in high ponytails and curled. They're all holding peacekeeper helmets, since their district makes peacekeeper uniforms.

Then comes District 9. Jensen, the only girl, is wearing a beige colored dress with gold tinted tulle on it to represent grain. Her light brown hair is curled and left down with gold glitter all through it. The boys have on tuxes with the same color and have pieces of grain sticking out of chest pockets on their tuxedos.

After them it's District 10. Kayeland is dressed in a dress that goes to her knees that is cow print. She wears black flats and her golden hair is in a ponytail. Roland, her twin, has on a cowboy outfit with a lasso. The 2 other boys have on tuxedos that are also cowprint.

Next is District 11. The 4 girls look nothing like people who come from district 11. Usually the tributes from district 11 have tan skin and dark hair, but these girls don't. All 4 girls have on dresses that look like overalls, but are glittery and shimmery, all of the overall dresses are blue, but they each have on different shirts underneath. Peppers shirt is Purple, Pipers is orange, Arielles is lime green, and Marinas is light blue.

Lastly is District 12. All 4 girls have on black dresses that are short in the front and long in the back. In the back the black fades into red which fades into orange which fades into yellow. As expected, their dresses burst into flames, like they've done since the 74th games. The crowd cheers loudly for the girls as they move on.

After the chariots circle around a few times, they dissappear into the training center.
