~Lydia's pov~

"Leave what? Lydia." my mother said entering the room with a curious look in her face. She tapped her foot impatiently, "I am waiting, young lady."

I looked down at my feet, knowing well what exactly was going to happen. "It is nothing, really." my mother gave me a look, which meant she wasn't stupid.

"Tell me, because clearly but the way you are acting it isn't nothing." I started to pray that someone came to my defence and stop this embarrassment.

Lucky, my prayers were quickly answered, Gertrude entered the room asking for my mother to come and see a guest, whom has just arrived. I mentally thank her and she returned a look, which meant that I had to tell her everything.

"This had been quite eventful, I will tease you another time." Allison excused herself and laughed at me.  "By the way, Allison, how is your beloved Scott?" I smiled at myself, feeling smug at how I probably won her teasing games.

"Oh, he has been better. He's just currently not in the country. Oh, how I would love to see him right now. You are lucky, you know, you should keep Stiles, you never know when he might be taken away from you." she said the last part quite sadly, however her smile return quickly as if nothing happened.

"Why has he gone? And where has he gone off to?" she smiled at me. "He had to visit a sick family member, and he had to go there for his job, his boss told him he had to go there or else he will be fired. I didn't tell you because I just locked myself away when it happened, I didn't talk to anyone, not even my own mother!" I went to comfort her. "No it's okay, I am alright now."

"When did this all happen?" I asked, hugging her. "Almost last month, it was four weeks ago, from tomorrow."

"Allison, it is perfectly fine to cry. You have been strong for the both of us for way too long. It's my turn to be strong for us. And also remember crying doesn't make you weak." she smiled sadly at me. "Then why do I always feel weak, when I do cry?"

"It's because you believe that you shouldn't be crying, because you taught yourself that it makes you weak; when it doesn't because it is one of the few things that make you human." She smiled at me and wiped her tears.

"Lydia, if Stiles saw you right now, he would get on one knee and propose, probably with the same speech he made for you 13th birthday." I gave her a look. "But Stiles didn't give me a speech or a poem."
Allison gave me a look which meant; that is what you think.

"Hmm... I don't really think it is my place to say, but he.. Hmm.. He.... You know what ask him about it; don't ask him straight away or even directly, just ask him subtlety."

"Okay?" I questioned her. "Lydia, I have to go now, my mother is waiting for me. Just remember what I have told you."

That night I thought about what she said. Stiles wrote a peom for me?

That morning I ventured off to Beacon Hills, to meet Stiles. I wondered around on Midnight with my black cape, looking for the messy hair dork. I knocked on his door, hoping to find him home.

Stiles' father opened the door.
"Good morning, Mr Stilinski. Do you have any idea where Stiles may be?" he gave me a look of confusion, as if he was trying to figure out where he has seen me before.

"Yes, I believe that he is gone off to his job." the sheriff told me, as if it was a matter of fact which everyone knows.
"Sir, I apologise, but would you be ever so kind and let me know what his job is?" I asked him politely.

"Hmm.. Sure, he works in the market,  it is one of the local markets nearby. He works for a business company,  they tell him what his duty of the day is." I smiled slightly at him.

"Thank you, sir." I walked away from the front door but I got stopped by Stiles' father. "Lydia?"  I turned around suprised that he knew my name. "Is that your name? Lydia?"
"Yes, it is, sir" I answered him, he smiled at me politely.

"Stiles always used to talk about you as if you were the most beautiful thing he has ever laid his eyes on. One day he stopped talking about you, I always wondered what happened to you. Two days ago he started to talk about you again. You were the only thing that kept him happy all these years after his mother's death. When you were gone he... I am sorry I am blabbing on, you can go now if you must." He looked down at his feet in shame. "Oh, no it is fine, honestly, I am interested." I protested. The sheriff smiled at me."No, Lydia you must go and find him, after all,  it was Stiles you were looking for." He gave me a kind smile.

"Hmm... Okay if you wish, I will see you again, farewell for now." I smiled at him and waved at him. I lefted the Stilinski establishment with slight doubt and concerns about the sheriff.
I walked around the streets looking for Stiles. I looked at my watch, it had already been an hour, I continued my search for the boy I...

I felt my stomach growl, I never realised how hungry I was, I forgot to have breakfast when I left. I searched around for some food.  I wondered around until I found a little bakery.

I entered the bakery, the shop was simple; there was a window which allowed pedestrians who were walking by their products. There was a fresh smell of bread and pastries. I walk into the till to give in my order. "Good morning, I would like to have coffee and a slice of victorian sponge cake, please." I smiled at the waitress as she gave me my food, I gave her my money. "Thank you, have a nice day." I smiled and lefted, I sat down outside on the little table outside the shop. I took a good look around the town.

There was a horses and carriages on the road, pedestrians wondering around, bright green hills surrounding the town, it was actually quite exquisite.

As I was admiring the town's beauty. I turned to look for my horse, Midnight, I strangely couldn't find him. I looked around the area, but there was no sign of him. I turned to look at every nearby corner, no Midnight. I sat down trying to calm down, as I felt a panic attack coming.

"Are you alright?" I heard a familiar voice ask, I looked up and my eyes came into contact with a beautiful pair of eyes. My heart skipped a thousand beats. Oh no, you are going to cause me soo much trouble.
