Emily's POV

I walked into my house and took in what's happening. I'm not going to college. I'm not going to college! Excitement filled my heart when I heard the phone ring.

"Hello?" I said when I answered because that's what supposed to say. Duh.

"Hey Em. Open the door please? It's locked." It was Beth. She sounded nervous.

"Okay" I replied. I went to the door. When I opened it, I was shocked.

Beth's POV

I'm not sure how I'm going to tell Emily about how I like Stampy, but it will come naturally.

I decided to wear a Stampy shirt with black ripped skinny jeans, just so I still look myself. I don't want Emily thinking that I have completely changed. I may be wearing a Stampy shirt, but at least I still have my mostly blond hair and ripped black skinny jeans.

When I got to Emily's house, I had to call her. The door was locked. And it's always unlocked. When she opened the door, her eyes practically popped out of her head.

Emily's POV

"W-what are y-you wear-ing?" I stuttered. I have never seen Beth look this way. "And who is Stampy Cat?"

Beth broke out in tears, her makeup smearing all over her face. "I'm so sorry!" She yelled, falling into my arms.

"Sorry for what?" I asked, confused. What is going on?

"That I didn't tell you!"

"Didn't tell me what? Beth you're making no sense!"

"About this!" She tugged on her shirt. She is a mess.

"Come on let's go to my room and talk about what you didn't tell me." I lead her up to my room.

My room is filled with Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, and many more posters. There is this band I like called 5 Seconds of Summer, so I also have posters of them.

"So what didn't you tell me?" I asked.

"About this" Beth replied pointing to her shirt. I had no idea what it was. "I meant to tell you, but I was nervous that you would think I'm childish!"

"Who is Stampy Cat?"

"He's a minecraft YouTuber and I REALLY like him!"

"Oh"

"I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to think that I'm childish!"

"Beth, I don't think you're childish"

"You don't?'

"Of course not!" I took Beth in for a good best friend hug. It was what she needed. "Now, show me one of his videos."

"Okay." We got my laptop and went on.

I can see why she likes his videos so much. He was funny, entertaining, and just interesting to watch. Now I can see why he has so many subscribers.

"Emily?" Beth said when the video finished.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"I think I like Stampy"

"Of course! I like his videos too!"

"No!' Beth said frustrated. She got up and started pacing. "Not in that way!"

"OH MY GOSH YOU LIKE STAMPY?!"

"Um, yes?"

"This is amazing! You should get together!"

"But I can't!"

"Why not?'

"Since my mom!" Now Beth was crying even more than before. For the first time in my life, I had forgotten about Beth's mom. And she is very hard to forget.
