Chapter 25
I wake up and open my eyes and turn around in bed to find the bed empty on the other side I sit up and look around the room but no Cheryl where did she go? I get out of bed and then I hear it a crash and bang from down stairs I walk down the stairs and enter the kitchen where it looks like Cheryl is trying to and failing to cook something
“what are you doing?” I ask she quickly turns round and has a knife in her hand I take a seat back out of reaction and she laughs
“go up stairs now!” she says
“but I don’t want to I want to stay here with you” I say sweetly and pout
“no that wont work I'm cooking you breakfast in bed and your not in bed so go up stairs and get in bed” she says waving the knife around
“put that knife down before you take someone’s eye out” I say
“upstairs!” she says
“fine I will go” I say and move to go upstairs not before turning around to see Cheryl staring at me I laugh and climb the stairs.
“Happy birthday baby girl” Cheryl smiles and climbs on the bed with a tray of food and places a kiss on my cheek I turn around and pout my lips out and she kisses them making me smile she puts the tray on my lap and I start to eat
“breakfast in bed I could get used to this” I laugh she laughs back and just watches me eat I hand a piece of toast out to her and she take it and munches on It, after I finish my breakfast I look at Cheryl and place a kiss on her lips and say
“thank you” with a smile
“that’s okay babes only the best for my girl” she say I laugh I get up and head towards the shower then Cheryl says
“where you going?” she pouts
“to the shower but I don’t think I want to go on my own so I so wondering if my sexy girlfriend would join me?” I say with a wink
“of course she will, she wouldn't say no to that” she smiles and follows me.
We are downstairs sitting on the sofa when my phone rings I answer it
“happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Diney happy birthday to you!” I hear on the other end making me laugh
“hiya Nicola you okay?” I ask
“yes I’m fine you how's the birthday girl?” she ask
“the birthday girl is fine enjoying my birthday” I say
“good is it okay if me and the girls come round later?” she asks
“yeah I shouldn’t see a problem with babes” I smile
“okay then see ya later love ya”
“love ya to Nic” I smile and put my phone on the coffee table, then my phones goes telling me I have a message I open the message to see what it says
“hey Diney thought I would text and say happy birthday hope you have a wonderful day
Love Jay x
I smile at the text how sweet of him to still send me a message I type a reply back then put my phone down, Cheryl walks in the room with her hand behind her back she sits down next to me and places a hand on my knee
“you okay babe?” I ask
“yeah never been better” she smiles
“I have a present for you” she says
“awww you didn’t have to babes” I say smiling
“here it is” she says and passes me a black box I look at it and then to her I open it careful and look inside I gasp In awe its beautiful, its a necklace with a silver heart on it I take it out of the box and look at it, I turn the heart round to find it has been engraved with something

I feel my self about to cry its gorgeous, it must have cost a bomb though
“well what do you think ,I mean if you don’t like it I can take it back and ge….” Cheryl doesn’t finish her sentence because I’ve placed my lips on hers
“I love it babes help me put it on” I say and pass her the necklace she puts the chain around my neck and does the chain up and I look down at the item it is so beautiful I’m never taking it off
“it looks beautiful on you, brings your eyes out” she smile I kiss her again and just look at her
“this must be the best birthday ever!” I say
“really?” she says
“yep” I say smiling still
“wait till the girls see this” I say taking the heart in my hands I hug Cheryl tight and place a kiss on her head.
Chapter 26
“its so pretty you did good Chezza” Nicola said looking at the necklace around my neck I let a smile play on my lips I looked at Cheryl and winked, I turned to look at Sarah who has just emptied her glass of wine
“how's the wedding plans going?” I say
“Alright I suppose” she smile
“your not giving anything away are you” Kimberley said laughing
“nope its going to be a nice surprise for everyone invited” Sarah smiles hugely we all laugh looking at all of us now I’m reminded about our first few years in the band how we’d all spend the nights together and laughing now times like these are treasured because we all have different things going on now
“girls have something that you will all like” Cheryl says smiling she goes over to the draw in the living room and pulls out a piece of paper and reads it out
“this is a formal contract stating that all the members of girls aloud will be reforming in 2012 to release a new album and to continue working together this contract is legit for 3 years all the members should sign their names at the bottom of the page on the dotted line” she finishes and smiles at us all soon we are all squealing in excitement we all sign the paper and hand it back to Cheryl who puts in it her bag
“we will have to sort out a meeting with Hilary and record label” she says sitting next to me I wrap an arm around her and pull her close she rests her head on my shoulder
“well I'm free all next week” Nicola says
“I have a free day Thursday” Sarah adds
“Thursday is good for me too” Kimberley smiles
“that’s settled then next Thursday it is” Cheryl smiles and gets her phone out
“what you doing?” I ask
“just telling Hilary we will meet her next Thursday” she says after she’s done texting she puts her phone away and we continue talking
