Chapter 20 : One Long Ass Day Later

Once I got to my locker, Avery approached me. I braced myself because I was going to tell Avery about yesterday. I just feel disgusted. It's like I can't get rid of the feeling. It's like I was meant to be treated like garbage, and that I can't change it. Once she got to me she immediately pulled me into a hug.

"Are you okay?! Did you forget to take the pills?" Avery asked me. I really didn't know what to say to her, but I love having her as a friend because she was good at telling when I wasn't feeling good or wether I was upset. I started to explain the whole night the happened to Avery and I finished the story right on time when the bell rang.

Avery felt bad for leaving me, but everything that happened, wasn't her fault. That's what I would keep telling her.

Me and Avery parted ways to our different classes. I had physics and you know what I remembered? Tyler and the jerk Jackson is in that same very class. Once I arrived to class, I sat in the left corner of the back of the class, as per usual. I got my books out of my bag and braved myself. There was going to be a lot of people coming in at once, since I was the only one there. My teacher arrived, late, and I was still the only student in class.

"Are you the only one here?! This is ridiculous!" My teacher exclaimed loudly. I just sat there because I didn't know what to say. People started to walk in as the teacher handed each of them a detention slip for being 30 minutes late. She started the lesson and it felt like it lasted hours.

Later, the classic, two jocks walked in 55 minutes late. They both have each other a high-five with smirks on their faces. Oh no, what did they do now. "Tyler! Jackson! You are 55 minutes late to class! Detention!" The teacher said loudly to the two boys handing them a detention slip. There were only two seats left, which unfortunately we're the two seats leftover beside to my right side. They both looked around the class, spotted the two seats, and began to walk. Tyler noticed me sitting there and sat on the seat right beside me. I offered the tiniest smile I could force out, and then looked at be board right away.

A long, bring lesson later, the bell ring mad the teacher got upset that she didn't get to finish off telling the homework. For everyone to avoid that, they all ran out of the class as soon as the bell rang. I was the last one left of course, so I gathered my stuff and stuffed it in my bag and went out the door.

One long ass day later, sorry for my language, it's just the day was quite boring and irritating. I was so happy to get out of there. Avery dropped me off at the apartment complex for today. I had to study that night, so I wasn't going to go anywhere.
