Chapter 38 : Honestly Didn't Care
****It was serene and quiet in the morning when I woke up. I could feel Tyler's arms around my waist and the smell of vanilla and honey infested the room, not that that was a bad thing. I moved my arm and held onto Tyler's hands. I could feel him waking up, so I stayed quiet for a moment to see if he'd go back to sleep. He looked around I'm guessing, and went back to sleep.
I then remembered, I have a shift at a dance studio near by, and the class I would teach would start in 10 minutes. I slowly released myself form Tyler and then ran to my dresser to get some clothes. I started changing in the washroom and forgot to close the door. I stripped my pjs off and started putting on my dance clothes.
"Woah." I heard someone say from behind, so I got scared and jumped while I covered my chest with my shirt I was just about to put on. I turned my head around, and realized it was Tyler, which made my cheeks burn. I really hoped I wasn't blushing, but oh, I bet you I was. And you know what I realized? I was still in my underwear.
Why Jesus? Why? I asked.
"It's ok, don't worry, it's just me." Tyler said to me.
"Yah haha." I said trying to act like my reaction was funny even though it scared me to death. Honestly, I never even had a boy see my even in a tank top before. Tyler then left the bathroom.
I put my shirt down and decided it was better for me to put on my leggings first so I did. I rubbed deodorant on my underarms and put it back in one of my drawers on my vanity as Tyler walked back into the room.
"Grace, when do you have to be at work?" Tyler asked me.
"Ummm. Yah. About that, cons you drive me? The class starts in five minutes." I asked Tyler while I answered his question.
"If my god your going to be late, we gotta go!" Tyler said while he grabbed his keys from a dish that's on the shelf jet he washroom, I guess he left it there by accident last time he was here. I was still in a sports bra, so I slipped on my shirt in front of him and put on a pair of socks. I honestly didn't even care by that time that I was in my undergarments in front of him. I then grabbed my dance bag and by the time you know it, we were already in the car. Tyler reversed his mambo out if the parking lot and started driving to the dance studio.
I knew we'd make it on time, because the dance studio was literally a minute away from the apartment complex.
