Chapter 26 : "...?! You drugged her?!"
****Grace's POV
The whole car ride to the party was fun. Me and Tyler were singing randomly to random songs on the radio. Tyler looked hilarious singing to Beyoncé. I was actually almost crying in laughter how funny he looked. It's been so little in time for us talking, but we've warmed up to each other really fast and really close.
Once we arrived to the house, I finally decided to ask Tyler who's house this even was.
"Ummmmm. Tyler?"
"Yah?"
"Who's house is this?"
"Oh. That part. It's Jackson's"
"What?! You know he doesn't like me, why did you bring me here? Oh my gosh he's going to kill me. He will embarrass the shit out of me!"
"Grace. He doesn't NOT like you. He actually thinks your pretty. When he does mean stuff to you, he's just teasing you. Well, it's his way of doing it."
"No your kidding me right?" I said laughing to Tyler. He then gave me the serious face and then I realized he meant it. I then began to speak in embarrassment.
"Uh-oh. He actually like me."
"Yah."
"Let's hope he leaves me alone tonight."
"Why?"
"Because I don't like him!"
"Oh." Tyler said back to me laughing at me. I sat there with a frown.
After Tyler was done laughing, we finally got out of the car. We both entered the house the same way and I felt bad for doing that. I didn't want to ruin his reputation. He only talks to hot girls, on the other hand, I'm an ugly girl. I've never had a boyfriend before, or a boy that has liked me; besides Jackson thinking I'm pretty that I know of.
Once we entered, Tyler kind of parted ways from me. A guy offered me some punch at a table with a bowl full of punch. I decided to take the offer, remembering when Avery told me to live a little. He was pouring punch into a red cup, but I got distracted because Jackson showed up behind me. He held my shoulder screaming to the blasting music holding a drink in his hand. He was probably drunk. He then tried to kiss me, but I pushed him away as girls ran to his side and started trying to make out with him. I was then tapped at the back of my shoulder; it was the guy giving me the cup of punch. I swallowed some down and felt a burning sensation in my throat, which I didn't really like, but I didn't care this time.
A half an hour later, I felt kind of drowsy and weary. I was about to fall over, but someone catched me. It was Tyler.
Tyler's POV
I started to bring Grace outside. Once we got to the backyard, I laid Grace down on a bench. What the hell happened to her? I began to speak.
"What did you drink?"
"Ummm. The punch."
"They spiked it."
"What? The put spikes in it?!"
There you go, she was drunk. But that's not always what happens to drunk people. She was nonchalant whatsoever. Something was off. Jackson came outside, looked at me, looked at Grace, and then looked back at me. He told me to go to him, which I did, but still keeping an eye on Grace. Jackson began to speak.
"Look at her! She's perfect, I can totally make it with her now, maybe even a little more." Jackson said to me with a devilish smirk. What the fuck was wrong with him?
"What the fuck did you do to her?"
"I asked a guy to put something in her drink."
"What the fuck Jackson?! You drugged her?!"
Jackson then gave me a look like he did nothing wrong. Oh, but he did. I raised my fist, and the next thing you know, I punched Jackson in the face. I punched him right in the jaw which made him fall to the ground. I then grabbed Grace quickly, held her bridal style, and ran away to my car to drive her home.

The car ride was silent as Grace just slurred random stuff. Half of the time, I couldn't even understand what she was saying. I can't believe, my best friend, drugged someone. And he drugged her, to do terrible things to her and use her. I was disgusted with him. And he even asked and payed someone to buy the drugs, and then out the drugs in her drink. Like what goes through people's mind to do such a terrible, disgusting thing like that? I am never talking to him again.
Once we got to the apartment complex I remembered that I don't have the keys for Grace's apartment, so I decided to just bring her to the penthouse.
When we arrived to the penthouse, I went straight to the bedroom. And I wasn't going to do anything with her, I just payed her in the bed and tucked the blanket over her. I then remembered, Grace doesn't have her medicine. She will go crazy tonight and will be in tests if she doesn't take them. I decided to leave her here with all the doors closed, so I could go as fast as possible to get her her medication. And I remembered the name of her medication, so I knew which one to buy for her, I was loaded with money anyways, and I wasn't bragging, just stating that so you know that it wouldn't of have been a problem biking the medication expense wise.
