Lost Grayson (young justice fanfic)

Chapter 10: Escape.

I waited after everyone broke my windows my Cd was stopped. I was calm not because I'm surrounded and have no escape it's just how do I put it maybe I'm just making this up as I go along. The three prime league members Wonder Woman a pretty tall and fair-skinned woman with straight waist-length black hair and blue eyes. She is ageless and attractive in appearance, sporting a slender yet curvy frame with a sizeable bust and lean yet well-muscle build. She wears a strap less red bustier held up by a brace of gold resembling two W's. She has a large golden belt, and blue briefs with five white stars on them. She wears red boots with a white stripe on the front side. Next to her was Batman a prick in my opinion he wears a dark gray costume with the symbol of a bat spread over the chest, black trunks, gloves (with fins on the outer side), boots and a black cape and a black cowl designed with bat ears at all times to hide his identity. The big man himself was even here Superman blue eyes and short black hair with a curl over his forehead. He wears a blue uniform with his famous red-and-yellow "S" shield on his chest, red trunks, a yellow belt, red boots and a red cape. They didn't worry me as much but I had to watch out for Flash who wears a full-body suit that is all red, but has two small yellow lightning bolts across the waist and wrists I had to take him out first for a better chance at an escape but Martian Manhunter was main problem his appearance is green-skinned humanoid. His head is completely bald, and his face is oddly proportioned, with heavy brows, thick lips and red eyes. His costume is primarily black, with red accents, and a large red belt and x-shaped straps across his chest. He always wears a blue cape that is fastened by gold clips. I exhaled smoke out they didn't move an inch.

"Catwoman your under arrest." The Flash said I rolled my eyes and laughed.

"Like I haven't heard that before." I laughed Black Canary and old student of Ted's and a very old friend of mine she stood in front of me with her arms across her chest.

"Dinah Lance I can't believe you waste your talents on trying to save some shit hole world that we live in such a waste" I repeated shaking my head she looked angry but didn't react to what I said Green Arrow armed himself and pointed an arrow in front of my face.

" I wouldn't waste my breath right now." Green Arrow said I nodded agreeing with him.

"Yeah your probably right given to my wounds I doubt I''ll last long whatever took over my body did some damage" I explained I placed my cigarette on my ash tray and held out my wrists toward Batman.

"Alright take me to jail." I said casually without a care everyone looked confused but either way he handcuffed me. I held the lighter under my gloves I waited until I was at the edge of the window that's when I broke the cuffs and scratched Batman so deep that blood stained my suit everyone launched at me I threw the lighter into my kitchen where the gas was on, I jumped out the moment I saw the burst of flame. I jumped along with the blast of fire behind me again I felt fire burn my suit I tucked my knees in and flipped forward many times until I saw that I reached the other apartment building across from mine I stuck both my claws against the building wall. I kept gasping for breath since that was the first time I ever made a jump like that, I laughed lightly the pain was coming back and without a doubt that my stitches opened. I turned back to the burning apartment it was in flames I didn't see anyone in the distance I heard silence I dropped down to a balcony I collapsed on the balcony ground I felt myself bleeding out again and my vision is getting blurry my mask was split open I saw Superman and Wonderman along with Martian Manhunter flying down towards me I smiled and laughed.

"You have to admit that I had to try" I laughed but then winced in pain I spit up blood it trailed down my mouth to my cheek they looked worried Superman knelt down and took me in his arms.

"Wow the good guy showing kindness towards criminal the world must be coming to an end" I joked closing my eyes.

"Hey open your eyes,"He ordered I didn't want anyone telling me to live when I no longer found a purpose.

"Don't!" I begged quietly gripping my locket I opened my eyes to look at him I took off the mask fresh rain started to fall I smiled feeling the drops on my face.

"I wanna go see my family please just let me die!"I spat then a familiar voice brought me back and then I was taken out of Superman's arms someone grabbed my throat and slammed me to the ground the woman known as Hellhound eyes were bright red with fangs snarling at me. I struggled under her grip she only gripped harder.

" Stop" I managed to gasp out trying to get away.

" Your brother is alive Blue don't wish for death if you do not really seek it"she quoted she held a needle in her hand then she stabbed it into my neck I felt the injection go into my system whatever she injected me with made me hallucinate. Bright flash of light blinded me people surround me was I in a hospital my body felt like a pile of bricks I tried getting up but couldn't I cried out in anger.
