I wake up earlier than normal. I walk downstairs right as someone gently knocks on the front door. I open the door to Minny and Anna, who seem to have cried along the way here. "Well don't just stand out there, come in an-" Anna grabs my arm mid sentence. They both look scared about something. "Steve and Notch's men... they attacked a small inn near the city they had occupied not too long ago. Do you think you can help us check out the rubble?" Minny asks. At that moment, Herobrine comes downstairs. "Whatever you are asking Kitty to do, I'm going too." He says before any of us could ask for his help. "Alright. Let's get going." Anna says, shivering slightly.

I leave a note on my door for the gang after grabbing some stuff, then me and the small last second search team head out. We get there two days after leaving my house to find the remains of what once was a nice inn. Me and Herobrine look over one half while Minny and Anna look over the other half. "Find anything of value over there?" Minny yells over to us. "Nothing. You two find anything over there?" I yell back. "Nothing over here. I know someone in the cit- Herobrine look out!" Anna screams. I hear a arrow being let loose. I shove Herobrine out of the way, stumbling foward when the arrow hits me in the side of my stomach. Anna and Minny run over to me as the assailant comes out with a shocked face. Right when me and Herobrine meet eyes, I fall to the ground; unable to keep myself standing. "It was poisoned!" Minny yells.

Herobrine goes ballistic on the guy who shot the arrow. By the time he comes back over, I was slipping in and out of consciousness. Anna and Minny grab my stuff as Herobrine picks me up and starts the treck home. "Stay with us Kitty. Stay with me...." He says as I fall into a painful sleep. Two agonizing days later, Anna and Minny run ahead to Mark and Emma's place to get help. By the time Herobrine walks into my house and lays me on the couch, Emma and the gang run inside like a horde of wild animals. "Shush not so much noise." Minny says. I keep my eyes shut so they wouldn't worry. "Ok I think I know what we can do. Emma and Jason, you get as many regeneration potions as Kitty has, Ender and Tbnr get some notch apples, Sierra and Jane get the first aid kit." Mark says.

A few hours later, my wound is clean and patched up, but I can still feel the poison. I hear everyone talking in the kitchen except for Herobrine, who was sitting on the ground next to the couch. "Herobrine come get some food." I hear Emma say. She walks over to the couch. "How can I when I know Kitty is lying here poisoned. She should've let the arrow hit me.. it was my fault for not keeping a better eye on her. I.." he sounds like he's trying not to break down. "I may not understand why you fell for her and the rest of us may not understand what it was like seeing her take an arrow for you, but we do know that the best thing for Kitty right now is for us all to be in good moods." Sierra says as she joins Emma.

I open my eyes a bit a let out a small hi, making the three to hush. "We'll be in the other room you two." Emma says as she drags Sierra with her. "Hey sweetheart, how are you?" He coos softly, brushing a piece of hair out of my eye. "Still in a bit of pain but I am feeling better." I reply with a smile. He relaxes, absent mindedly stroking my cheek. By night fall, everyone leaves, except for Herobrine and Emma. "Ok I found my bag. Oh Herobrine, sorry for being hostile towards you. Truce?" She asks. "Sure" he replies, shaking her extended hand. "Bye Kitty. Cya tomorrow." Emma says as she passes me and walks out the door.

I shudder, causing me to freeze because of the pain. "Oh no uh I will get you another blanket- dangit all the blankets are being used for the beds." Herobrine says. I smile as he paces the floor. "Herobrine come here." I say making room for him to sit down. Herobrine walks over and takes the seat next to me. "Is something the mat..." he falls quiet as I lean into him, falling asleep. I wake up in the morning with the poison having worn off finally. It takes me a few minutes to realize that over the course of the night, Herobrine had layed down and placed me on his chest. I lay my head back down and I wait for Herobrine to wake up. I only have to wait a few minutes.

"Hey sleepy head." I say, getting up. "Morning. I see your feeling better." He says, smiling in a way that makes my heart skip a beat. I nod shyly as he gets up and starts simultaneous walking towards the stairs and pulling his shirt off. I squeak right as Herobrine enters his room, surprising myself with the noise. When he comes back out, still shirtless, I blush redder than ever. Herobrine sees this, walks over, wraps his arms around me from behind. "H-Herobrine let g-go!" I say, hating that I like it. "Hmm? Are you sure?" He asks, kissing the tip of my ear. I manage to wrench free. "Did you drink a love potion on accident again? Cause if you did I know the antidote for it now" I say to him, trying to calm my rapid beating heart.

Herobrine shakes his head. "I didn't. I would have been a fool to. Especially with you around beautiful." He says, pulling me into a hug. I start to push away, blushing more, when he kisses me deep. I try to fight the feelings I have, but fail majorly. Herobrine pulls away after what felt like minutes, when it has been almost a hour. "Herobrine.. why?" I ask, not wanting him to let me go yet. He regains his composure and is blushing like crazy. "I.. honestly don't know what came over me just then." He says, letting the hug end. "Guess I will get stuff together for breakfast. We're having waffles this time." I say, walking sheepishly into the kitchen.
