Diamond Light (Slowly being edited)

Chapter 10

As I wait for night fall, I fill Emma, Jason, Max, Roman, and Mark in on what Ellen had said to us. Ender, Tbnr, and Sierra walk in half way through me explaining. They help me cover up why Jane was in the house and why the communicator had been out. "So the whole reason it was out was because Jane had asked. And the others had turned it on while you were in the kitchen but they got no response..?" Max asks quizzical. "Exactly what happened. I think it's a whole we will call you situation." Sierra replies. Emma looks at Herobrine with a glare that'd give someone wither effect.

"What about him? Has Herobrine behaved?" Emma asks as she turns her gaze on the rest of us. "He has been very good. I think there's something in the cave I saw. Let's go see" Tbnr says, already knowing about what Herobrine had asked earlier. Sierra, Ender, and Jane help her with the distraction. Just as me and Herobrine are pulling away from the group, someone taps my shoulder. We turn to see Mark behind us. "Geez Mark don't do that. We were just uhh going to get water buckets." I say nervously. Herobrine looks at me out of the corner of his eye. "Don't be worried, I won't tell Emma. Just know I'll help with whatever plan you two, Ender, Tbnr, Sierra, and Jane are coming up with. See you both later." Mark says walking in the other direction. We turn and run the way to the part of the woods we are going to.

I stop dead in my tracks when we arrive. It's almost like the plants, stone, and pond water were a gem. "This place is beautiful! I guess this is a secret. If it is, why?" I ask. Herobrine smiles sadly. "This was where my parents met and where my father proposed to my mother. My dad told me only to bring someone I care for here. Said that this place is special." He says. I nod as I look around. "This place is special alright." I say as I look behind a rock. I turn back around to see Herobrine examining a ruby red and diamond blue flower that fell from one of the flowering trees. "Here. This is for you." Herobrine says as he hands the flower to me. "Thanks." I say shyly, blushing bright when I look up from the flower to see Herobrine has taken his shirt off.

"What? It was getting hot." He says. I roll my eyes, not caring if Herobrine saw me blushing any more. As he turns, I sneak up behind him and sparta kick him into the pond. "Hey no fair!" Herobrine exclaims, chuckling. I laugh as I start running. "I regret nothing!" I yell as Herobrine gets out, throws his shirt into his dry backpack, and chases me down. I make it half way home when Herobrine catches up and picks me up from behind. "Herobrine put me down!" I yell through bursts of laughter. "Nope." He says smirking. Luckily Emma and Jason had gone to town with Max and Roman when we get to my house. "What happened? Wait lemme guess, Sparta kicked Herobrine into a pond?" Mark asks.

"Yup. Still regret nothing." I reply. We laugh a little. "So we should go to the city closer to here to see if we can get any news on what's going on tomorrow." Ender suggests after she, Tbnr, Sierra, and Jane walk in. "Ok. But y'all should spend the night again. Good thing I have plenty of spare rooms." I say as we walk to the rooms. When I step in my bedroom, I get super dizzy and end up collapsing on the bed. I wake up in the middle of the night to see the Ender, Tbnr, Sierra, Jane, and Mark talking near my bathroom door. "What happened?" I ask as loud as I could.

"You were hit with a poison dart. Lucky it only made you dizzy." Mark says.
