"I can't believe Cedric and Harry did that, can't wait to see what Umbridge thinks about you two going public," Seamus said.
"It was the right thing to do," Neville smiled.
Harry and Cedric nodded at each other. I didn't give my input because 1. I can't have Umbridge hate me. 2. I can't have Umbridge hate me. Neville then looked around and sighed.
"It must've been tough talking about it," Neville said.
"Yes, but people have to know what Voldemort is capable of," Harry said.
I nodded in agreement.
"That's right and his Death Eaters too," Neville said stiffly.
He then collected his thoughts and exited the Great Hall with Dean and Seamus to head up to the common room. Leaving Hermione, Cedric, Christian, Ron, Jake, Harry and I. I noticed Harry's eyes follow Cho Chang to her seat but she did not look at him at all.
"Oh, I forgot to ask you," Hermione said. "What happened with your date with Cho it ended so early?"
I snickered which ended having Harry nudge my shoulder.
"It was a complete disaster, she wanted to know exactly what happened that night," Harry groaned. "It wasn't her business to know."
I slightly smiled.
"No offense Harry, but you're hopeless," Hermione said.
I laughed which led to another nudge to the shoulder. Hermione explained what Cho did what she did as I whipped out my phone to text Oliver.
To Oliver : Hello my fellow Quidditch enthusiast!
I locked my phone screen and set it on the table to listen in how wrong Harry treated Cho.
"In my defense, she was a bit melodramatic," I said.
Harry simply glared at me which bothered me. Cho embarrassed him and I left my date to check on him. My phone vibrated on the table and the screen turned on.
From Oliver : Hello my Protégée
"Is that Oliver ?" Harry asked.
I nodded.
"You two have been texting nonstop and why is he calling you his little Protégée?" Harry asked. Jealousy present in his tone.
I chuckled and patted Harry's back.
"It means his little success he's created," I explained.
Harry chuckled.
To Oliver : Doing well, the teams looking in shape matter of fact!
I felt my phone being ripped out of my hand and I saw Cedric pocket it.
"We were talking to you when you rudely got on your phone so I'm confiscating it," Cedric smirked.
Hermione, Christian, Harry and Jake nodding on the side. Ron well, he was stuffing his face with food.
"Piss off Ced," I chuckled. "What were we talking about?"
"Why Cho ran off!" Harry sighed.
I scoffed.
"Clearly she was jealous that you've had plans to meet other girls, no offense Harry but those aren't the things you say on a date, especially with Girls that are complicated like Cho," I explained. "Just date someone else that's not so complicated."
"You and Hermione should write a book on a how to guide to understand girls for dummies like us," Ron said.
"Did you know Cedric is writing me a book on how to understand the male brain and ego?" I asked.
Hermione chuckled as Christian stifled a snort. Cedric glared at Christian.
"Are you really?" Christian asked.
"Someone needs to help her understand," Cedric chuckled.
I felt something hit the back of my head and I turned around to see Ernie, Jace and Lucas sitting together. Cedric and I looked at one another. I haven't spoken to them since we came back. The three waved at Cedric and I to come towards them. We stood up from my table.
"Ernie and the guys are calling us, we'll be back," I said.
The group nodded and I walked towards the Hufflepuff table sitting in between Jace and Ernie as Cedric sat next to Lucas.
"What's up?" We asked.
"You're going down in the upcoming game," Ernie smirked.
"Forgot we were playing you," Cedric chuckled.
"You're going down. My team will knock you off your brooms," I chuckled. "Just stick to doing what you do best."
"And what do we do best?" Jace asked.
"Lose against me," I smirked.
"Oh the gloves are down and you're on!" The four said determined.
I smiled. Things were back to the way they used to be. I simply winked and rolled my eyes.
"So, How are things in the Hufflepuff House?" I asked. "Well Cedric. You look like you're in good hands. I'll leave you with your deranged friends."
I took my phone from his pocket. They nodded. Everyone was soon enough getting up to leave. I gave the Hufflepuff boys I adored a hug and joined Harry on our walk to the Gryffindor House tower.
