4n1s here! I just noticed sometimes I wrote Kondo Isami name to either Koudou or Kondou...haha More importantly, Listen guys.. I realized I had to wrote 7 or maybe more chapters just to finish episode 3. Pretty crazy huh?

So here's the deal. I'm not following it anymore. Screw it..... okay... not really.. I'm still going to refer it here and there.. but to 'adapt' with my story there's gonna be some changes. I just telling this in case you guys might get confused or something.. You'll get what I'm saying later.

Though I'm still debating where to make Sannan went cuckoo and attacked Chizuru or not... what do you think? Anyway sorry for the slow update.. thank you for voting and reading. And sorry for the Author note I posted and re-unposted on the 1st April, just think of it as an April Fool's Joke Bwahaha!! *Slap myself* yeah... sorry bout that..

The next morning arrived greeting the people with the bright light from the warm sun.

Shinsengumi high rank members were having a meeting. Everyone was sitting in seiza, in a circle, facing each other. Chizuru finished serving them green tea and handed Souji, Heisuke and Sannan their medicine, which they gladly take even though there was a slight protest.

"But who would've thought, Okita-kun will be defeated," Inoue commented, glancing at the said person worryingly.

The young captain glared at the cup he's holding. Remembering the enemy's stupid grin and taunts, he feels like a fool for being the only one who was serious during the entire fighting.

"Next time, I'll be the one who win," he said, slightly irritated.

"They claimed they're not one of the Choushu," Saito stated. "But, they should have fleeing some people from Ikedaya.. Which means.. they could've been some spies from another group infiltrated for some reason"

"For what reason?" Sanosuke questioned.

Heisuke thought for a moment. "You don't think... they're after Yuki?"

"No, that's a bit far stretched...  If they wanted him, they would've taken him from the start... Yuki was probably just... a person of interest by one of them," Souji said.

"What do you mean?" Sannan questioned with his eyes narrowed.

"Yami.. I think was his name... that guy seems to hold a particular interest towards Yuki. He claimed he was Yuki's master... and Yuki was some kind of his pet."

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"Beats me.. ," Souji shrugged. "He even said half of what's happened to Yuki was his doing... whatever that means. He won't keep blabbering about dying and it doesn't matter who will die. To me.. he's just a twisted and sadistic bastard who enjoys other people's pain...  "

"What a creepy guy..," Heisuke mumbled. "...The most strange thing is... his face looks exactly like Yuki... except older. Are they supposed to be related or something..?"

Everyone went quiet.

Although nobody said it out loud, they all knew there's that possibility. But why hurt him if both of them were related?

Their meeting ended as informations were exchanged. They haven't learn anything new except for finding out this new group of enemy as the mystery around the child they're trying to protect were growing more and more.
