Today was Friday, the day of the school's arts festival. Sanha was overly stressed out about the producer observing us. It was first my performance of Lillium on the piano. I wasn't singing but it did prove one of my talents. The song was powerful yet tragic. That's what I loved about it. It told a tragic story at first and ended powerfully. After I finished the song everyone applauded and they probably did appreciate the work but they most likely didn't understand the message it was supposed to send. I waved and ran off smiling. It was the Sanha's turn to perform. He sang beautifully and played perfectly. He made sure not to mess up. Once he finished he ran off stage and took a deep breath. "It's over with!" He yelled raising his fist on the air. "Not quite. After these people we perform together!" I smiled at him. He smiled back and nodded vigorously. "I'm so happy to sing a duet with you!" He wiggled around back stage. I laughed at his silliness and jumped around.

Once the rest of the performers did whatever they were doing it was time for us to go up. We both sang with shy awkwardness since we're friends and the song was obviously about lovers. I couldn't think of any other duet that I liked though. It was supposed to be awkward, so acting a bit awkward was okay. The song was over, we finished the performance successfully without messing up. Sanha ran off stage smiling towards the audience saying a goodbye in the microphone. "Thank you for attending our arts festival! There will also be displays of art, dance performances, books and food! Thank you again for attending! Have fun! Annyeong!" I said out to the audience. Soon I was met with Sanha panicking. "I think my voice cracked during the performance!" He squeaked. "No it didn't. I was there." I reassured. The producer then came backstage with the director of the music program. "Annyeonghaseyo, I'm the producer of the company called Fantagio Music." The producer introduced himself.

"You both did very well tonight. I was especially impressed by Sanha. Here's a sheet for you to fill out for auditions." The big producer man said. 'Maybe I'm not as good as I thought.' I thought to myself. "As for Arina. You have the talent, definitely. You just don't exactly have the look that we need." He stated. In response I nodded at him smiling. I was disappointed, but I wasn't upset. I wasn't trying to get into music business. It would've been a nice experience, but I rather look forward to other things. I like designi- "Good! Because Night Era will take her!" Some cocky producer walked past the producer from Fantagio. "Hello Arina! I would like to recruit you to be in a girl group!" He said smiling very hard. This guy needed a friggin chill pill. "We are forming a new girl group. I think you'd be perfect!" He said very very excitedly. He then handed me an audition slip and winked. "See ya there." He said as he strode off. The Fantagio producer was already gone and Sanha was bouncing up and down. "Arina! You're going to be a star too! I can't wait to be your biggest fan!" I shook my head at his remark. "No, I'm not becoming a star. I don't have what it takes." I stated. "Of course you do!" He argued. "You're going to be a big star. Everyone will be happy to see your face, your smile; to hear your voice." He smiled.

The day of the arts festival was Friday, which meant I needed to pack for whatever Sanha had planned. "Sanha! What should I pack for this weekend?" I asked him. "Anything! Something comfortable, something cute, something warm, pajamas, etcetera." He answered. "Since you won't give me a direct answer then you're just going to have to help me choose clothing to wear." I said. He laughed, "Okay! That's fine with me." He agreed.  After the arts festival was over I dragged Sanha over to my house. I insisted he'd help pick out some outfits. After he picked out some I figured that the place we're going is kinda chilly since he picked out a lot of warmer things to wear.

Sanha took me to the top of the largest hill in Seoul. There weren't any street light there. There wasn't anything but trees and a small path to get to the top. Once at the top, Sanha laid on the ground. "Look at them. It's the only place here that they shine so brightly. They have no other light to compare to. They sparkle faintly amongst the street lights. But once it's only them, they shine so brightly." He stared at the stars. I laid on the ground as well. I examined the stars. They indeed seemed brighter than what was seen back down in Seoul. "They remind me of the first time I met you. At first amongst all the people, you seemed like any other person. Once I got to know you, you were so different; Greatly different." He trailed off. "It's so nice to know that I seemed so boring." I joked. "It's not like that!" He wined. Of course it isn't. Sanha would never be so cruel. He was too soft; too much of a sweetheart to ever purposely hurt anyone's feelings. "You're special to me, Arina. I just wanted you to know that." He stood up and held his hand out for me to take. I did so, I couldn't not take it. "To the next stop!" He yelled. We walked down the long path that lead back to the small city we called home. "To where?" I questioned. He smirked; although it was dark and only the moon and star illuminated the pathway and ourselves, I could see that smirk of his. "You will see when we get there." He persisted. I puffed my cheeks and squeezed his hand. "This isn't fair that I don't get to know where we go." He laughed at my response. He just squeezed my hand back lightly, rubbing the back of it with his thumb. We soon reached the end of the path that was lit by a streetlight.

Then his phone rang. He answered it, and soon, a car we were in. It drove us away from the lovely memory that was created moments before.
