Hate||Anakin Skywalker [3]

I stare at my Father as I pant.

"You did the right thing Olivia." Palpatine smiles.

"No......no I didn't. He-he was evil, but he was also an unarmed prisoner." I say and shake my head. "I did the wrong thing."

"You only feel that way because it was your father."

"No I only feel that way because it is in the rules! How are you okay with this?" I ask and he is silent.

Then alarms start to go off, and Palpatine heads for the elevator.

"There is no time, we must get off this ship before it's too late." He says, and I turn to see Anakin carrying Obi-Wan on his shoulder.

"What happened?" I ask.

"When Dooku tried to shock you he accidentally hit Obi-Wan." He says and I nod.

They walk towards the elevators, but I continue to stare at my Father. And then I realize something.......

I'm the only one left in my family.

I look at the ring on his finger. It's small, and plain. Just an old rusty golden ring.

"Olivia, come on!" Palpatine calls, and I nod. I grab the ring and put it on my ring finger, and I run over to them.

Anakin presses a button, but nothing happens. "The elevators are down," Anakin says and I roll my eyes. "R2," I call through my communicator, and he beeps.

"Activate elevator 3224." I say and he beeps in response.

Then as the elevator doors open, the ship is blasted and we stumble. I fall on my back, along with Palpatine, and Anakin is thrown on the door frame of the elevator.

"R2?! R2 do you copy?!" I yell but I don't get a response. I groan as I get up, and as much as I hate him I help Palpatine up too.

Then the ship starts to tip over, and Palpatine and I run towards the elevator and hang onto the door frame as the elevator becomes horizontal.

"We can't wait. Come on." Anakin says as he jumps into the horizontal elevator shaft. I roll my eyes as we jump inside too.

But then the ship starts to tilt back and go back to normal, making us have to grab onto the wires.

Palpatine grabs onto my leg, and I slip a little. This dude is HEAVY.

I use all of my strength to pull myself up again. I look over and see Obi-Wan come to his senses.

"Easy....we're in a bit of a situation." Anakin says to him.

"Did I miss something?" He asks and looks down.

We hear R2 beep through my communicator, and we hear squeaking.

"Oh no." I say and give them a worried look. We look down and see the elevator start coming at us with high speeds.

There was no way I could jump and Palpatine make it with me. I close my eyes and realize that I have to sacrifice myself for him.

"Palpatine, grab Anakin's leg!" I yell, and without hesitation he does as he's told.

"What are you-"

"Jump!" Obi-Wan yells, and all three of them jump, except me. I didn't have enough time.

I scream as I am taken up by the elevator, and am held down by the pressure.

Anakin's p.o.v.
I grab my grappling hook and hook us to the elevator door, and it opens, and we jump through it.

I sigh. "Good thinking Olivia. Palpatine would have never made it if-" I say, but stop when I look and see she isn't beside me.

I look around and don't see her anywhere. "Where's Olivia?!" I ask in panic, and they shrug.

Then there is only one place she could've gone. I groan.

She got taken away by the elevator shaft.
