Hate||Anakin Skywalker [3]

7:59 a.m.
My eyes slowly open as the sun shines in my face. I look over my shoulder and see Anakin soundly asleep, which doesn't happen very often.

I smile a little at his peacefulness. I like seeing him like this. He's just so calm and he doesn't look stressed. I wish he could have a day where everything went right for him, but today wouldn't be that day. The Council was going to tell him he won't be considered a Master yet.

I sigh and look back out the window. I have that gut feeling that in the next few days nothing will go right, and I'm afraid of that. But as long as I have Anakin, I'll make it through.

I look at the ring he gave me, and I smile a little. He spoils me too much.

"Good morning." He says startling me.

"Boy! Don't do that you scared me!" I say holding my chest, and he chuckles.

"Sorry."

"Seriously you were about to get pimp slapped." I say and he laughs.

Please smile like that forever.

"I have a Council meeting today. What time is it?" He asks, and I look.

"8:05." I respond, and he sighs.

"Can you go for me?" He asks as he wraps his arms around my neck.

"No. You do it." I say, but he sighs.

"Ani?" I ask, but silence. "Did you seriously go back to sleep?" I ask, but he says nothing. I roll my eyes and sigh. I grab his hands and get off the bed.

I let go of his hands. "AH!" He yells before I hear a thump, and I look behind me to see him on the floor face down.

"I told you to get up." I smirk, and he looks up at me.

"Oh you're gonna get it young lady." He smiles.

"No!" I giggle before running out the bedroom into the living room. I run to one side of the couch, and Anakin does the other. My only way out is to run for it.

I take off, but he grabs me by the waist and slams me on the couch. He starts to tickle me while smiling, and I laugh.

"No.....stop!" I yell through laughs.

"Say you love me first." He smiles.

"I LOVE YOU!" I shout.

"And that I'm your one and only."

"YOURE MY ONE AND ONLY!" I shout, and he stops. I sit up and put my hand over my heart, and nudge him.

"Come on, we have to get to the meeting." I say getting up.

"Wait, you were kicked off." He replies.

"I'm back in." I smile, and he grins. "That's great!" He smiles and jumps up and hugs me while spinning me around.

"Anakin! Put me down!" I giggle. He does as he is told.

"Wait." he says with his smile fading a little.

"What? What's wrong?" I ask.

"I didn't have a nightmare." He says, and his smile grows back. "I didn't have a nightmare! YES YES YES!" He shouts with laughter.

"You won't die!" He smiles and laughs again. He hugs me, then runs into our room.

"BEST DAY EVER!" He shouts, and my smile fades.

"Not for long." I mumble.
