Grace's P.O.V.

Oh god! Here she comes!

The door swung open and there she stood! She stood in the doorway with that huge smile I've always seen her with in pictures!

I knew she didn't wear fancy things all the time as she was wearing some black jeans and a blue jumper with black leather boots.

She was so pretty! I was in awe!

"Michael! Darling! It's so wonderful to see you after so long!" She greeted, Mike let go of my hand to hug her but he took hold of it again straight away.

"I've missed you! It's been too long!" Mike laughed, "Liza, this is Grace, my-"

She cut him off, "Your girlfriend!" She squealed as she flung her arms around me.

"It's an honour to meet you Ms. Minnelli!" I greeted, hugging her back.

"Oh honey! Call me Liza! It's an honour to meet you too!" She grinned, "Oh come in, come in!" She bustled us inside, John and Bill following.

"And John, Bill, such a pleasure to see you two gentlemen again!" Liza exclaimed as she hugged each one of them.

We followed her down the hall, her house was magnificent, it was dimly lit and full with movie theatre colours of deep crimson reds and golds, she lead is into the kitchen where a huge, Tudor looking mahogany table lay in the middle, I looked around at the walls, newspaper clippings were displayed in frames, as I looked closer I could tell they were about her parents.

"Now drinks...drinks! Who wants what?! I have soda, cola, water, wine, gin, whiskey for Bill! I know you like your whiskey! I have fruit juices, ugh! You name it! I've got it!" She was so excitable! Almost scatty! I already loved her!

"You know my order Liza!" Laughed Bill.

"Oh, double whiskey for you big man!" She laughed to Bill.

"What would you like my darling?" She asked me.

"Umm...I'll just have cola please" I said shyly.

She giggled, "So quiet and polite! Ugh, love!"

"I know your order too Mike!" She pointed at him...winking.
