Still Michael's P.O.V.

"Yeah well...y'know. Just...preparing!" She explained, her voice muffled by the cushion.

We quietened as tensioned music played loudly. The opening credits rolled onto screen, my heart beat harder, why had I chosen this film?!

It was the first ever Dracula movie, the original, and the most scary. It was in black and white, which added to the fright.

"Mike..."she whimpered as the old, Transylvanian castle came on screen.

Grace yelled and jumped out of her skin as a first, bloodcurdling scream pierced our ears, she hugged the cushion and hid behind me, banging her head on my shoulder.

"Who was it that screamed? Are-are they dead?!" She asked.

I chuckled, "Why don't you watch it and see for yourself?!"

She groaned and inched her head further from behind me, cushion still in grip.

A ghastly, gory scene of a mutilated, bloody, dead human came to view.

Her head shot back behind me, grasping at my shirt and whining.

Throughout the course of the film, she either spent her time hiding behind me and asking what was going off, or, she would have half her vision blocked off by the silly cushion she was gripping!

Either way, she was close and I got to hold her.

She kept jumping and yelling at every jumpy scene, but I have to admit, I myself, wasn't totally relaxed, I jumped a few times and was actually pretty frightened!

It was now near the end of the film and things were particularly gory and nasty.

3 sudden loud knocks petrified us.

"AAAHHHH!" We both jumped and screamed as we scrambled to grip each other in the pitch black and hide from whatever terror was about to attack, we hid our heads in the cushions and refused to move.

The we heard a voice..."Room Service!"
