Still Michael's P.O.V.

"That was like some kind of James Bond film!" Grace giggled as we raced down the steps, I had to agree.

"Right!? It'll be even harder when we come back because it will almost be the time they have to get up, so we have to time it crucially and make it seem like we've been in bed the whole time!" I explained.

She laughed, maybe nervously? I don't know, we'll see!

After a long climb down the multiple stair cases we finally got to the ground floor of the hotel, as it was so late, I figured not a lot of people will be wandering, an ideal situation would be that no one is around, but I wasn't expecting that, I just didn't want hassling, I didn't want it to spoil this event with Grace, hopefully the streets will be quiet too.

We neared the foyer, "Keep your head down." I whispered, I wasn't taking any chances, not only could somebody see me, anybody, but for all I knew, somebody that had come with us might be in the bar or something.

Glancing around I saw there was only a few people, they were all too drunk to realise anyone moving, never mind see my face, their vision would be too blurred anyway.

I scanned the room for any familiar faces, but saw none, this was all going pretty well so far!

We scuttled through the foyer, all the while I kept a firm hold of her hand, I didn't want to loose her.

Thankfully, we pushed our way through the golden and glass doors and out onto the cool, calm Manhattan Streets, for the first time in a while I felt free.
