Still Grace's P.O.V.

I ran my fingers through my hair in distress and began, "Umm...okay, s-so...let me just clear up that I AM a virgin and...but I-I've had...umm..." I gulped, panic rising.

"Take your time..." Mike soothed.

"I...he tried to, to d-do it, with me but I...I-I didn't want to and...and he got mad..." I trailed off as flashbacks disturbed me, I clenched handfuls of my hair, shaking my head violently to try and get rid of the images.

"Grace!" Mike whispered, his voice alone calmed me, he intertwined his fingers with mine, he was still knelt in front of me.

I stammered on, tears pricking my eyes, "He called me a...a s-selfish bitch and he...he slapped me on the face..."

Mikes grip of my hands suddenly got tighter, "Who? Who is he?" He was trying to stay calm for my sake but the anger was obvious.

I closed my eyes as I tried to drown out the image of that angry, absolutely terrifying face, his teeth clenched, hands ringing as if they were about to clench around my neck, the pain of the slap on my face from his stubby hand...the sudden jolt as I fell into the door...
The tears were streaming now, I tried to choke out words, "I was only...16! I didn't...I didn't want...I-I didn't feel ready...but he got m-mad..." I slid off the bed and wrapped myself around Mike, he gently stood up with me, I was sobbing into his chest as he held me tightly and securely, he was soothing me, shushing me with his sweet voice, one arm around my waist, his other hand on the back of my head, I felt his chin on my shoulder. "Then he...he wanted to get b-back at me, for...for not sleeping with him so...h-he had sex with a lot of o-other girls...but always made sure that...that I caught him..." I choked.

"Who was it Grace...tell me gurl." He whispered.

I tipped my head back to stare into his beautiful but watery eyes, I whispered one word.

"Jason."
