CHAPTER 10
KAI's POV
We're at Burnham Park right now waiting for those girls to come. Mr. Lee is with us and just like the last time that we came here Yeon Ha insisted on bringing my wheel chair so I am sitting on it now. She was busy spreading a picnic blanket. She even prepared some snacks and brought it with us.
"Kai oppa why don't you just take a picture of her it lasts longer?" someone spoke from behind me and when I craned my neck to look at who it is I was met with 12 smiling faces
"Good afternoon Kai oppa" they all greeted and bowed at me
"Good afternoon to you too" I greeted back. I noticed that they each have a name tag and a name of a EXO member below it. Are they going to audition??(hehe)
"Ah just like your group oppa there are 12 of us and we know that its hard to memorize each and everyone of us easily so we wore a name tag and below is the name of our bias" the one wearing Valeryl answered when I asked them about it and her bias is me^_^
"Hello everyone! Why are you not wearing your uniform today did you not attend your classes" Yeon Ha came and asked them
"Hello unnie!" they greeted back
"Unnie today is friday and we're not required to wear our uniforms" The one named Phylline answered, her bias is D.O hyung and if I remember it right she was not with them the other day at the mall
"Oh! It's a good idea that you've name tags I was having difficulty in telling who's who" Yeon Ha said
"Yes unnie it was thought of by the brains of our group, Altren Chloride" Azadira Indica whose bias is Xiumin hyung answered
"Is that so, well let's get sitted first. I just noticed that we were still standing" Yeon Ha said and then chuckled
"First of all we want to thank you Yeon Ha 운니에 for inviting us today and to Kai 오빠 thank you for giving us the chance to spend some time with you. We prepared a song for you and we hope that you'll like it." Zoline Artemether said
Mycin Acitra whose bias is Lay hyung brought out her guitar and started playing, they sang an inspirational song.
"Wow that was so nice" Yeon Ha was the one to react first after they finished their song
When I looked at her she was smiling happily at them. Seeing her smile like that made my heart burst in happiness, but why do I feel this way? This feeling is new to me and it's kind of creeping me out.
YEON HA's POV
"Kai 오빠 how about you did like it?" Terin Phena asked but we heard no response from Kai
"Kai they asked you a question" I told him as I poked his arm
"Huh, sorry what was that?" He asked
"Are you okay, you seemed.... 'lost'?"
"I'm fine" He answered
"Are you sure 오빠, we can just reschedule today's meeting if you're not feeling okay?" Valeryl said
"I'm fine, i'm sorry about that. What was your question again?" He smiled and asked them but i'm still slightly worried about him though
"오빠 I was just asking if you liked the song we prepared?" Terin Phena queried
"It was nice, I liked it and thank you for the effort. I really appreciate it." Kai answered
"진짜 오빠 i'm relieved, this was so abrupt and we didn't have much time to prepare but it's a relief that you liked it." Sarum Vilamy said
Together with Kai they sang some of EXO's songs, but as I haven't memorized any of their songs I just listened to them. Mr. Lee was just on a distance watching us, I invited him to join us but he said it might make Kai's fans uncomfortable.
"Let's have some snack first" I offered after they finished singing five songs
"Whoa did you prepare all this 운니에?" Choline Kanthera asked while she helped me distribute the snack
"Yes" I answered
"Thank you for the food" They all said as they eat
After we finished eting they resumed having fun but this time they're no longer singing but are 'interrogating' Kai. They were asking him a lot of questions regarding their own bias. Kai looked happy entertaining them though, he's either smiling or chuckling with their questions.
"Well thank you again for today I really enjoyed it" Kai told them as we bid each other goodbye
"오빠 tomorrow is Saturday and we don't have classes can we spend the whole day with you?" Akinra Agrelide asked Kai
"Maybe some other time, we won't be here tomorrow. We'll be going back to Korea for my monthly check-up" Kai answered
"Is that so 오빠, then may I ask you a favor?" Phylline Allicyl was the one who spoke
"What is it?" Kai asked
"Please ask a photo of D.O 오빠 with his autograph in it and a message for me. Here's my name and please tell him that I love him so much." Phylline said and handed her name tag to Kai
"Okay" Kai said as he accepted the name tag and smiled at her
"Thank you so much Kai 오빠" Phylline Alllicyl
"Hmm why don't you all just give me your name tag so that I can get each you an autograph from your bias as a thank you gift for what you did today." Kai suggested and they all agreed and thanked him over and over again
"I'll just contact you guys once we return here" I told them as they left
"I forgot to ask how did you manage to contact those girls?" Kai asked on our way home
"I went to their school"
"How did you know what exact school are they attending?"
"Through their uniform" I answered and he kept quiet. I kept quiet too and pondered on my own thoughts.
Going back to that school brought back a lot of memories. It made me think about him, two years had past since that happened but that school reminded me of him once again. We met when I stayed here for three months. That school reminds me of him because that is where he confessed to me, that is where I turned him down. He was a instructor at that school but the last time that we got in touch he said that he no longer works there and that was I think a year ago. That was the last time that we talked to each other.
"Your silence is making me uncomfortable." Kai spoke beside me which distracted me from thinking about the past
"Why is that?" I asked
"I was used with you always talking and nagging." he answered
"Omo! Did the mighty highness Kai missed hearing my voice?"
"Tss"
"Oh! You really did miss my voice didn't you? Aigoo then from now on i'll talk more than I did before."
"Suit yourself" he just said
