"Who can come?" I asked eagerly as I marinated the chicken before Jasper took it out to the grill on the balcony.

"I think everyone. Kai and Jensen never leave so they'll be here, Bode and Levi, Sawyer and her husband Noah, and then Hanna with her boyfriend. I've never met Hanna's boyfriend but she's a sweet girl so I'm sure he'll be great." Jasper smiled easily as he walked around the kitchen. Evelyn was holding onto his ankle as he trudged her around.

"What time did you tell them to be here by?" I was smearing barbecue across the chicken wings in a bowl before I covered it with clear wrap so the chicken could absorb it.

"Around six but some will come late and some will come early." He shrugged as he swung Evelyn around.

Those two were always doing something that made the little hairs on my arms stand up. I trusted him with her life but she's crazy and he just feeds into it by throwing her around.

"Easy Jazz, I like my baby in one piece." I joked with him as I pulled a pot out from under the sink.

"I don't think I've ever actually used that pot." He giggled like a school girl as he ran towards the couch to jump on top of Evelyn who squealed loudly.

I poured water in it and set it to a boil so I could make pasta salad.

"Jazz, what else should I make? I've got pasta salad and chicken." I asked, turning towards the duo.

"You're doing great babe, maybe we can just chop up some fruits. Noah says that's Sawyers latest craving." Jasper rolled his eyes and turned back to Evie who was waiting patiently with a grin on her face.

"I'll get on it." I replied sarcastically as I opened the fridge and pulled out different types of fruits.

On one of my first days in LA I dragged Jasper to the farmers market and picked out different vegetables and fruits because his pantry and fridge looked like no one had lived here before.

So now I was cutting strawberries into slices with pineapple, blueberries, grapes, and apples. It smelt so fresh and all the colors were really appealing.

I stuffed the fruits into the fridge and dumped the packet of pasta into the now boiling water, I stirred it once and then joined Jasper on the couch.

"Where's the baby?" I asked loudly as I noticed the giggling outline under the blanket. Her giggles turned into a cackle as I started tickling her little body. She squirmed around until her head popped up out of the blanket with her little grin. "Hello sweet girl."

She launched herself into my arms and held onto my neck tightly. My heart felt like it was melting as she hugged me tightly.

I looked over just as Jasper took a picture and I smiled gently. I adjusted myself so my back was pressed against Jaspers side and he easily wrapped his arms around my torso and Evelyn relaxed immediately.

"We're not doing two naps and then not sleeping at night little one." I told her as she started getting the lazy look in her eyes.

"Babe," Jasper shifted a little. "The pasta is gonna boil over."

I jumped up quickly, startling Evelyn and I quickly passed her over to Jasper as I quickly stirred the pasta and checked to see if it was done. As I bit into the soft noodle I turned the stove off and dumped the pasta into a strainer.
