You're eating lunch alone because you're feeling guilty, and sad.
Perhaps you came off pretty rude but it was for the best. You couldn't let yourself be distracted by him again.
You sighed as you took a bite of your sandwich.
When you heard footsteps, you opened your eyes. The redhead hesitated before sitting down beside you.
You looked away.
"What's wrong?" He asked simply.
You turned your head all the way, hiding your painful expression.
There was a moment of silent.
You jumped when you felt his body leaning against yours, and your ears could feel his hot breathe.
"Something's wrongs, (y/n), tell me," he whispered into your ears.
Your face was a burning mess and you pushed him away.
"There's nothing wrong... L-look, I think it's better we stop being friends..." You blurted out.
Karma's eyes widened, he didn't know how to respond.
"Sorry, I was ignoring you all day, I wasn't straight forward about it.." You bowed and ran off, leaving a confused Karma behind.
You ran into a corner of the campus and leaned against the wall, sighing.
This made you feel all types of ways you've never felt before. And it hurts just thinking about it. You never felt this way towards anyone.
But it's for the best right?
As long as you follow your father's orders everything will be fine right?

It was the end of the day, more like the end of an extremely awkward day.
You and Karma hadn't talked at all after lunch and you'd glance at each other occasionally, sometimes having eye contact before both of you turned away.
You shook your head, trying to get these thoughts out of your mind, you can't let it distract you anymore.
When you reaches the main gate, you saw Karma standing there, looking at your direction.
You tensed up as you approached him, you quickly walked past him like you didn't see him.
But of course he was following tightly behind you!
After awhile of walk you finally decided to turn around and face him.
"Don't follow me," you said with your usual soft voice. "I said we aren't friends anymore," And immediately you turned around and kept walking.
"Aww, I can't even walk a classmate home?~" Karma asked, with his playful tone, obviously teasing you.
Irritating. You can practically hear him smirking.
You decided to ignore him and keep on walking. Whatever, as long as you don't cover your mind with thoughts about him, he can do whatever he wants.
As you came closer to your front gate, you stopped and turned around.
"Karma.. You should really go now..." You whispered so no one would hear.
"Aww why?~ I just came, why not-"
"Shh!" You ran up and covered his mouth, "stop being so loud before someone hears us!" You whispered loudly.
He looked at you and removed your hand, "alright, alright," he closed his eyes and smirked before looking up at your house.
"Ok, now get out," you gave him a slight shove.
"Why?" He asked with a bored face now.
"Just leave, you can't be here." You said, now with a sense of urgency in your voice.
"I want to stay with you a little longer," he suddenly said, and wrapped his arms around you.
It was so sudden, he's never done anything like this before.
You shrieked and pushed him away.
"Stop, you don't understand..." You desperately wanted him to understand your situation without actually telling him anything.
"What don't I understand? Tell me, I just want to know what's wrong.
"I can't. Stop wasting my time."
"If you're not telling me, I'm not leaving."
This boy just doesn't understand, dammit.
You opened your mouth to say something when you heard the doorknob turn. You jumped and immediately you shoved Karma behind the shrubs.
You quickly turned around to see who it was. It was one of your father's workers.
"(Y/n)? Is that you?"
"Ah Mizuno San! Good evening." You greeted quickly, your voice still so emotionless and bowed.
She chuckled, "haha, I thought I heard you shriek, did something happen?" She asked worriedly.
You liked her, she was always so nice and actually cared about you.
You tensed a little and quickly replied, "It's nothing, just a spider." You replied thinking of an excuse from the top of your head. But your face dropped when you heard the familiar voice you heard every time you came home this late.
"Spiders? Don't make me laugh. Shut up with the excuses!" Your father yelled.
You looked up, "my apologies." You simply said.
You watched as he dismissed Mizuno San, she gave you one quick, sad glance before tuning and leaving.
"Have you killed it yet?" Your father asked, his tone was always terrifying.
"No, I have not sir." You replied quietly, preparing for what's next.
He grunted loudly, and madly, "then what the hell have you been doing?! Were you wasting time with others?! Answer me!"
"No, sir..." You voice was even quieter now.
"Seriously, how long do you have to take?! I though I trained you properly, with your skills, you should be able to kill him! Are you not worthy of the title-" he yelled when you suddenly cut him off.
"I am! I'm doing my best! I swear!" You suddenly blurted out loudly. You didn't want to hear it. You didn't want to hear about how unworthy you were.
His eyes widened, "who are you to cut me off and raise your voice in front of me?" He stepped closer to you and swung his arm.
You closed your eyes and turned to the side waiting for the pain that never came.
You slowly opened your eyes. And your jaw dropped.
You totally forgot that Karma was still in the shrubs and now he's in front of you, gripping on to your father's wrist., stopping his arm from contacting your delicate cheeks. You can see that your father was surprised, but also mad at the same time.
"Old man, I don't favor the idea of slapping a little girl~" Karma hummed playfully, still grabbing onto your father's wrist.
What do you think you're doing Karma, this isn't a joke, idiot...
"WHO THE FUCK IS THIS BRAT?!" Your father yelled, his face was red, full of anger, he was going to explode any minute.
Idiot. Idiot. Idiot. Idiot. Idiot. Great. Now you've done it.

Okie I think I'll leave this at a cliffhanger XD and this chapter kinda sucked in my opinion 🙄 there might be a lot of typos bc I typed this really fast... Well yeah, shit just got real :)

(Also btw notice how you slowly become more emotional ;v;)
