sorry so short, but nobody is reading my other story like I wanted them to

I rushed out of the classroom door and ran all the way to Maualei’s house after school. When I got there, I knocked quickly and Maualei opened the door with a sly smile on her face.

“How did last night go?” she asked and let me inside the small apartment. I glared at her.

“You didn’t even teach him one little thing about being a vampire; even I don’t know that much about newly changed vamps!” I threw my hands in the air and she grinned.

“Let me give you a few books that I wrote then.” She went to her miniature bookcase and pulled out two old-looking journals. “This is all of the abilities and such and this is about blood and how to survive. Have Sasuke- kun read them.” He handed me the books and I slipped them carefully inside my book bag. “Those will show him all he needs to know, and maybe you’ll learn something off them too.” I nodded and sighed frustrated.

“Cut my hair, I need a trim.” I ordered and her grin got wider.

“Sure thing!” she went into the kitchen and got her usual pair of scissors. She cut my hair how it normally is and trimmed my bangs back to where they usually laid.

A knock on the door made my head snap up and Maualei stop cutting. Sasori let himself in and waited for Maualei to finish my hair. When she was done, Sasori and I took our leave and went to the library.

I went to the kids section and got all of the books that were close to the llama book Sasuke was reading. When I had twenty or so, I was done and checked them out.

We went home and Sasori handed me all of the books he carried. I went as fast as I could up the stair steps and into my room, tossing the books on my bed. I closed my door and locked it with the silent ‘click’. After I closed the door, Sasuke came out of the room looking crazed. I sighed and cut my wrist with my nail, holding out my arm for him to take.

“Drink.” I instructed, and he pounced on me like a wild cat. After a minute of hearing Sasuke’s slurping and drinking, I began to feel dazed and knew it was time for him to stop. With a jerk I pulled my wrist away from Sasuke’s mouth and sealed close my wound.

“You got me some books… about llamas.” She stated and I grinned.

“Well I saw you reading my other llama book so I figured you’d want more.” He rolled his eyes but looked through the books with interest. “But first I want you to read these two.” I said, holding up the two vampire books Maualei gave to me. Sasuke nodded slowly and took the books in his pale flawless hands.

I put all of the books into the closet and started clearing out more space for him. When he had a little corner of just free space, I smiled satisfied and shooed him into the room.

“Hurry and read those, but I’m going downstairs and you can’t make any loud noises. Oh, and don’t look through my window in the morning, it gets awkward.” He smirked and me but didn’t say anything; just a little grunt that sounded like ‘Hn’.

I went downstairs and saw my dad in the kitchen sharpening his kunai.

“Hey dad.” I greeted and he looked up at me from his kunai with a small smile.

“Hello Taintie, how are you doing? How was school?” he asked with little interest whatsoever.

“I’m fine and school has been good.” I replied and got myself an ounce of blood.

“Looks like your appetite have increased some.” Dad noted and I shrugged.

“I’m a growing girl, what do you expect? Did you know I’m practically fifteen today? I am two months old.” I said proudly. Dad looked at me with an eye-closing smile.

“Pretty soon, you’ll look like your old man!” he teased and I glared at him.

“I’ll never be old! In fact, I wish I stay this age forever!” I exclaimed and crossed my arms.

“Hmm… I guess.”
