Rivendell Again

I promised her that we would go next summer last autumn. Now, under hot sun, we have reach the Misty Mountains. Thorin, Dìs, and Kìli come too. They said they would go on to Ered Luin. Fìndar is riding with me, Merìn with Nili, Volda with mum, and Erìn with Kìli. Thorin in in front of the line. The path is saver than when we were starting the journey. We ride on the pathway a bit quick since it's almost dark and we almost reach the other side. Merìn starts to cry, she tries to calm him while her ears are twitching. She must've heard something before Merìn cries. I catch up to her and ride beside her, since we've reach the end of the mountains. I take Merìn to calm him down as she stops her horse and listen. We all stop and Merìn is now sleeping.

"Something's out there. We have to reach Rivendell as soon as we can." She says.

"What about the kids?" Kìli asks.

"They'll sleep. I can take her if you can't ride fast with little passenger."

"No, it's fine."

With that Nili takes Merìn back and we ride fast to Rivendell. We keep riding although it's cold. We reach Rivendell the next afternoon. It's still as beautiful as we left it. I still can hear soft hums and hushes. I get down from my pony before a familiar sound is heard.

"Nili, you come faster than you said." He says smiling a little at her.

"Yes, is it okay?"

"No problem. I will escort you all to your places and get your bags ready for the day after tomorrow's depart."

"Thank you, Lindir."

"Anytime."

Back to Nili's POV

I take Merìn's hand and i tell the others to come. Fìli has already picked up Erìn and Volda. We follow to our place while Thorin grumbles under his breath. We spend the day talking about stuffs while Fìli and Kìli keep the children accompany. I did warn him about getting in the fountain. After a while, Thorin and Dìs decide to sleep and i join the playing children.

"Thought we were leaving tomorrow." Says Fìli from behind me.

"The kids need rest."

"Okay. How about some refreshing tonight?"

"Sure, after everyone's asleep." He pecks my lips and turn to catch Fìndar.

We all laugh when Erìn throws some leaves at Fìli's hair. Lord Elrond invites us to dinner that night. We are not the only guest, there are a men and a she elf. Lord Elrond introduces each other and we have dinner. Turns out, the she elf is Elrond's daugther and the men is in his protection.

After everyone is asleep, me and Fìli go to the river. We let our feet wet by the water and stare up the moon in each other's arm.

This one is crappy, sorry. I hope you enjoyed this chapter. I've been thinking and decide to write LOTR fanfic and the Marvel one. It's not gonna be a chatroom i think.
