We set out early in the morning. The kids were all sleeping as we rode. I can smell food from here, we're close! Thorin is still riding in his normal pace. In a matter of minutes, we have reach Bag End. Thorin gets down first and knocks the door.
"Frodo! Open the door for me please!" Bilbo shouts from inside.
The door opens and in front of us is a little brown-black haired hobbit. He looks up at us in a terrified face and runs inside.
"Bilbo?" Thorin says coming in. We follow.
His house is more messy than before. He shows up with the little hobbit we saw. He tells the little hobbit it's okay and hugs all of us. As Thorin and Bilbo catch up on each other, i lead the others- Fìli and the kids- to my hobbit hole! I open the purple circle door and breathe in. I miss this hole. Garry, my brother, comes out of his room and attacks me with a hug. I hug him back.
"I miss you too lil bro." I say to him almost crying.
We put the bags in the bedrooms and let the children play outside. At the evening, we say goodbye to Thorin, Dìs, and Kìli. They set out and Bilbo invites us for supper. We eat calmly and slowly. The little hobbit, Frodo, is still holding back at playing with the kids. I chuckle and let him be. We talk for seems like hours. The children are all asleep.
*time skip*
We spent the two weeks relaxing. Frodo is somehow still shy with the kids but they play anyway. I wish here could be the place where they'll grow up. Sadly, it can't happen. The quest of Erebor was my last journey. My life now is for the children, before he rises. I smile at the view of how happy the kids are. Mostly, how i finally can enjoy myself again. Fìli looks at me and says, "Did i not say you would need this?"
