Chapter Fourteen

*Vic's POV*
Lunch with Kelly was interesting, she had me hooked to every word that came out of her mouth. I couldn't put my finger on it but there was something about her... she made me feel like... everything was okay.

"Vic, whatever you're thinking so hard about is going to make you old quicker," Erin said, interrupting my thoughts.

"What are you talking about?" I went back to designing lingerie.

"I've known you for years and you don't fool me for a second," she crossed her arms and have me a stern look, making me sigh.

"I... I'm having a problem," I finally gave in, closing my office door and gestured her to take a seat.

"I'm all eyes and ears," she said as she sat down.

"You know how I'm with Jaime, right?"

"Oh, really? I didn't know that," she said sarcastically, "Of course I do, you moron," she laughed.

"Okay, well..." Oh god, how was I going to say this? "I'm starting to question if I'm actually gay or... bisexual."

She raised her eyebrow, "What makes you think that? Wait, who made you think that?"

"One of the models," I mumbled, "She makes me question my relationship with Jaime and I... I don't know what to do."

She thought for a minute, "Do you like her?"

"I-I don't know," I ran my fingers through my hair, "She gives me this feeling, this feeling I've never had with Jaime and the guilt is killing me."

She sighed, "I think that's because you don't really love him, you're with him because you want to fill the emptiness that Kellin left after he... disappeared."

"I'm too far into the relationship to just leave him," I began doodling, "What would happen to the company? We both own half of it."

"The longer you stay with him, the more you'll end up hurting him, including yourself," I couldn't deny that she was right, "As for the company, I don't think Jaime would take it that far to try to take it away from you."

He was kind but I didn't want to mess with him, who knew what he was capable of? "I don't want to take any chances."

"Is that Kelly?" She blurted out and pointed to my doodle.

I didn't realize that I had sketched her, "Oh, well won't you look at that?" I laughed nervously.

She gasped, "You're in love with Kelly!"

"N-No I'm not!" I quickly put a folder on top of the sketch, "And don't be so loud, someone could hear us!"

She giggled with joy and began to sing, "Kelly and Victor sitting on a tree, F-U-C-K-I-N-G! First comes love, then comes marriage, then come Kelly with a baby carriage!"

I groaned, "Can you not?" Although the thought of me fuckíng Kelly didn't sound that bad at all. Stop it, I scolded myself.

"You guys would make such a cute couple," she daydreamed.

"Are you forgetting that I'm with Jaime or...?" I reminded her.

"Just admit it, you can't be with him," she said solemnly, "You're both my greatest friends and I'm just saying what I think is best."

"I'll... I'll think about it," everything was just fine until Kelly came along, I just needed to stay away from her, "Enough of me, rumor says that you have a crush on Tony," I teased.

Her cheeks turned bright pink, "I don't know what you're talking about."

"Are you-" someone knocked on the door, "Come in!"

Danielle's head poked in, "Vic, can I speak to you for a minute?"

Erin quickly stood up, "We'll continue talking later," I said.

Erin closed the door behind her as Danielle took a seat, "I've got some information for you."

"Spill it out," I said as I fixed up some papers.

"So I was sitting in my car listening to some music during my lunch break when I saw a guy come out of her RV," she said, "He was one hell of a fine looking guy."

A guy coming out of her RV? I thought she said she was single and didn't know anyone, "What did he look like?"

"Raven hair, pale skin, nice pink lips, and big gorgeous eyes," she dreamily sighed, "Although he's not really my type."

"His eyes... what color were his eyes?"

"Like a blue-green color, why?" She asked.

"No... no reason," I said, "Thank you for the information, try to keep me updated."

"Of course," she smiled and walked away, leaving me sitting there in awe.

Could that have been Kellin? I shook my head, it's impossible. Maybe it was just a look alike but... what was Kelly up to?

All I knew is that I had to stay away from her before I ended up head over heels.
