*Vic's POV*
I groaned as I felt a huge headache wake me up. I was about to turn around when I realized someone had their arms wrapped around me, I nearly fell off the bed when I realized it was Kelly.

"Oh shít," I breathed, "What happened last night?"

She began to shuffle around, her eyes suddenly opened wide when she saw me, "Shít."

She quickly got off the bed and ran to the bathroom, "Kelly, wait!"

I reached out to her but she had already closed the door. I needed to stop drinking, every time I got drunk I always ended up in someone else's bed. I looked down at the problem in my pants and quickly covered it with the blanket.

After a few minutes, she came out of the bathroom and approached me, punching my face, "Ow! What was that for?!"

She crossed her arms, "I told you last night that I would punch you in the face first thing in the morning."

"I don't remember you saying that," I rubbed my cheek, wow she hit hard.

She gasped, "You don't... you don't remember? Anything?"

"Uh, no? Am I supposed to remember something?"

"We had séx," she shook her head in disappointment, "I can't believe you don't remember."

I felt my cheeks heat up quickly, "Wha- we? You? Me? That?" I began to freak out until she burst out laughing.

"You're so guillable," she kept laughing, "You should've seen the look on your face!"

I groaned, "Shut up."

"You're just mad you couldn't touch this beautiful body," she smirked, "Stop checking me out," she glared.

I quickly looked away, "What-What happened?" I asked, as much as I tried to remember I couldn't remember anything.

"Well, you were shítfaced drunk and started yelling out my name at two in the morning," she raised her eyebrow.

"I obviously know about the drunk part since I'm suffering the consequences right now," my head was spinning like crazy.

She sighed, "I didn't know you were a drinker," she filled a pot with water and put it on the stove to boil.

"I'm not, if I was then I would've known how to handle my alcohol," I muttered until something caught my attention, "You have short hair?"

She twirled her short hair with her finger, "Yeah, haha, I wear extensions," she quickly turned around, "You should wash up, you're kind of a mess."

I looked at her skeptically as she fumbled with the coffee container, pouring some in the water. She was shaking as she poured the water in the mug, some of it spilled in on her hand.

"Ah! Fūck!" I quickly ran up to her as she cleaned her hand on her shirt.

I took her hand into mine, her pale skin was reddened, "Are you okay?"

She nodded, "I-It's nothing," she looked at me for a brief second and in that moment, I saw Kellin's face in her.

I shook my head, I'm getting delusional, "How about we go out to eat instead?"

Watching her get ready for her day wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I watched as she chose her outfit for the day: shoes, accessories, everything. I didn't understand why men didn't appreciate watching women get ready, it was an amusing process.

"What do you think?" She asked.

"You look beautiful," I smiled

"You look beautiful," I smiled.

"I dress to impress," she smiled cockily, "But thank you."

We were walking outside when I remembered that it was a Thursday, "Shít, we have work today."

She laughed, "Do you know what time it is?"

I shook my head and checked my watch, "Oh."

"Exactly, now let's go cure that hangover of yours," she held my wrist and pulled me into a different direction.

We ended up at a small, local restaurant, one that Kellin and I used to go to.

Thankfully, it was one of those quiet and reserved restaurants, "Thanks for bringing here, Kellin and I used to come here sometimes..."

She put her hands on her chin, "Tell me about you and Kellin, you always seem to remember him."

I sighed, "Kellin didn't know it but... but I loved him. I loved him for years, as a matter of fact, I still do. I don't know why I hid it for so long, I guess I was afraid of rejection. I was afraid that if he didn't love me back then it would ruin our friendship, I would've rather for us to be just friends than nothing at all."

With a pained expression, she cupped my hands, "Why haven't you tried looking for him?"

I scoffed, "You think I haven't tried? I tried searching for him all over, I searched all over social media and I even hired an investigator at some point but he said it was like he was wiped out of the face of the earth."

"P-Pretend I'm Kellin," she sat up and put a serious face, "What you say to me- I mean him."

I raised my eyebrow skeptically but she gestured me to continue.

I laced my fingers with hers, "Kellin, it's been so long since I've seen you last, why'd you walk away when I needed you the most? I know I should've said it before but I was afraid, I want to let you know that I... that I-"

"What is the meaning of this?"

Kelly and I jumped and quickly unlaced our fingers as we saw Jaime standing there with a furious expression.

"Jaime, listen, it's not what you think," I stood up.

"This is exactly what it looks like," he scoffed, "You're cheating on me with a whore!"

"She isn't a whore!" I shouted, "She isn't sleeping with numerous people, unlike you did! What does that make you? The Man? Why would be she considered a whore when you did the same thing? You think you get praised for it but you're a whore yourself," I spat.

I held onto Kelly's hand that was as cold as ice, "Vic, you don't have to do this," she said in a low voice.

"Oh, so now you're defending her?" He asked in disbelief, "You're choosing the new model over your boyfriend who you've been with for years?"

"Well sometimes I don't need to know people long enough to know who I actually want to be with," I said.

I walked away with Kelly, leaving Jaime standing there with his jaw dropped.
