CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE

(Heather's P.o.v.) (RECAP:)I went into Jasmine's room "Marcus told me to give this to you." I handed her the little box "Oh yeah by the way I'm moving in with Alex we got our own place." She looked at me "Wow that's good I told you to stop worrying about Alex." I looked at her "Well tomorrow you should come look at the new place I will text you the address."

I looked at the little box I wonder why Marcus give it to me himself. I opened inside there was a bracelet. I looked at it then I felt the tears falling from my face I grabbed my phone looking for Marcus phone number when I found it I called him. It rang like two times when Marcus's voice came through the phone. I told him to meet me in the backyard. I put my hair into a messy bun then I went downstairs into the backyard. I was sitting on my swing when I heard footsteps behind me.

I looked behind me to find Marcus standing there "Thank you for this beautiful bracelet I really like it." He looked at me "Your welcome Jasmine I knew you would like it." I looked at him "But why didn't you give it to me yourself Marcus?" He looked at me "Well I was but I thought Chris was here." I looked at him "No he went home before y'all got here." He came and sat down next me "Jasmine I want you to be happy so if you want to be with Chris I will still be here for you no matter what happens to you."

I looked at him "Really I want to give it another chance but if this doesn't go the way I want than I'm done with him for good." Marcus looked at me "Well I wish you the best Jazzy don't forget that I will always be here for you what ever you need just call me I will stop everything for you." I gave him a hug than I looked at him "Well do you want to go watch a scary movie with me?" He smiled at me "You know I love scary movies so hell yeah lets go." We went inside to the living room I put on Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Me and Marcus stayed up til like 6:30 in the morning watching scary movies.

"Well it was nice hanging out with you Jasmine but I better get back to the house." I smiled at him "Okay friend I will text you later on." He left I went upstairs to go lay down. I was looking at my ring and my bracelet. Someone knocked on my door "Come In." I yelled to tried to even get up to open the door. When it open Chris came walking into my room "Good morning baby girl!" I looked at him "You mean good night I stayed up last night watching scary movies by myself I just laid down." He climbed into the bed with me "Okay baby girl I will let you sleep." I closed my eyes and dozed off.

I woke up around 12:30 I looked around my room. I went to the restroom to take a shower when I got out I put on my Bon Jovi shirt with my grey sweats. I put my hair into a bun than I went downstairs. Ashley was in the kitchen cooking "Hey Chris just left he ran to the store for me." I smiled at her "Oh okay well do you need any help mom." She smiled at me "Yeah if you don't mind helping me."

I started helping her I put some music on Me and Ashley were dancing while we were cooking. My dad walked into the kitchen with Marcus and Alex "Wow y'all have some nice dance moves." I looked at my dad "Well thank you do y'all want to help us finishes cooking guys?" They all looked at us than my dad came up to Ashley "Yeah I will help y'all okay." Marcus and Alex came over to help us. I was still dancing with Ashley when Chris came into the kitchen to give Ashley her stuff I was still dancing.

"Hey baby can I talk to you outside." I looked at Chris "Yeah let's go really fast." We stepped outside into the front yard "Why you dancing like whore in front of them." I looked at him with surprise "Wow here we go with this shit again you know what just leave!" I was walking back to the house when I felt Chris grab me "Baby I'm so sorry I didn't mean to say that to you." I looked at him "Well why would you even say that to me Chris if you didn't mean it."
