CHAPTER TWENTY-EIGHT

I was so scared about what Alex was going to do when he finds out about me being pregnant. I looked at my phone it was 9:15 I seen headlights come through the window. I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. The door came open Marcus walked in the house I was waiting for Alex to come in. I looked at Jasmine "Can I talk to you really fast Jazzy?" I asked her she smiled at me "Yeah let's go to the kitchen really fast." We walked in there I sat down on the chair "What's wrong Heather?" I looked at her "I'm so scared about telling Alex I just don't want to do it alone like my mom did with me."

She gave me a hug "Don't worry about it he won't do that." I looked at her then we went back into the living room. When I got in there Alex was in there sitting on the couch. I looked at him then he came up to me "Wow baby I missed you so much." He gave me a kiss I looked at Jasmine. "Well Alex we have something to show you." Jasmine told him he looked at her "Well show me I'm down for anything."

I looked at him "Baby what's wrong?" I smiled at him "Nothing you are going to be surprise because I was." He looked at me "What do you mean Heather?" I grabbed his hand and led him out to the backyard where everything was. I stood there. He looked at me "Your going to have a baby?" I smiled at him "No we are going to have a baby." He gave me a hug "I promise I will never leave you baby girl."

I looked at him "Okay babe I hope you me that." I looked at him "Well lets go tell your mom I know she will be happy." He smiled at me "Well lets go baby I can't wait to tell her the news about us." I grabbed my shoes than we head to his mom's house. When we got there I was kind of scared but happy at the same time because his mom loved me. Even when me and Alex broke up for three months I would still go over there to see her. I seen her at the door "Oh hey Heather I can't believe yo came to see me."

I smiled at her "Yeah I just had to see you Marie." She gave me a big hug than we went inside. We were eating some tacos. "Mom we have something to tell you can you sit down!" I looked at Alex than I looked at Marie. She sat down next to us "What's going on is something wrong with y'all?" I smiled at her "No there is nothing wrong with us but we are going to have a baby I found out today." She looked

"OHHHH I can't believe I'm going to be a grandma oh I'm so happy for y'all what are y'all going to do?" I looked at her "Well I was hoping we could find a place together." She looked at me "Well that would be nice if y'all did move into a place." I smiled at her "What do you think babe?" I asked Alex he smiled at me "Well I was already thinking about that babe." I gave him a hug "Well we can start looking for places tonight." I smiled at him "Well I hope we find the right place." I gave him a kiss. We got done with his mom so we took off to go look at the apartments for us to start moving already.

We found an apartment that was just so perfect "Oh babe this is the one I want to live in Alex!" He smiled at me "Well let's go fill out the paper work and get started on this place." I looked at him "Ohh are you for real babe we are going to live here?" He looked at me "Yeah I want to take car of you and my baby." I gave him a hug and a kiss. We went into the office. Alex was finishing the paper work.

I had to go to the bathroom because I had to throw up. When I came out Alex handed me a key "There you go babe it's the house key so let's go get your stuff from Jasmine." I smiled at him "Okay babe well let's go get my stuff from Jasmine." We took off to Jasmine's house when we pulled up to her house I seen Marcus outside just sitting there. I looked at him "Are you okay Marcus?" He looked at me

"No I'm okay it's just that I hate seeing Jasmine with Chris." I looked at him "I'm so sorry Marcus." I looked at him "It's okay well can you give this to her and tell her it's for me." I looked down at a little box. I grabbed it than went inside to go get my stuff. When I got upstairs Jasmine was in her room.

"Here Marcus told me to give this to you he just left he just left." I handed her the little box. "Oh yeah by the way I'm moving in with Alex we just bought a place together." She looked at me "Wow that's good for you Heather I told you about worrying about Alex." I smiled at her "Well thank you Jazzy when you wake up tomorrow you should come see the new place I will text you the address."
