Chapter 64 The Cultural Festival Part 1

Ace's POV

I'm at home already, after I send Hannah home. And then I started to change my clothes.

Why do these great things..keep happening?

Hannah said she's looking forward at Caramel Popcorn, and the Haunted House. But I never thought that she likes Haunted House..

Although, when we're watching the fireworks together..she looked so happy.

I guess, i'm really lucky about it?

But looking around with someone like Flower Hannah, will it be alright?

What should I do when we're already in front of all people around us? It would already be an uproar.

But the worst is, I already made a promise, and I can't back down.

And now the Cultural Festival begins.

"Ace~ I want to eat some curry~"

"Oh, Romeo? Is that you?" I asked, it's barely because he's wearing some kind of costume like Scream?

"Yeah, just help me buy it~" Romeo said.

"If you want to eat it, then just eat it on lunch" I said, he should just eat it on lunch..he's on duty, he just can't slack off.

"But I want to eat it today, i'm a bit hungry now~" He said, he just wouldn't listen. "OH! It's Flower Hannah!"

Hannah?? She's here already?? I started to panic, what should I do??

"HAHAHAHA!!" Romeo laughed, is he laughing because i'm panicking like this?

"What so funny?" I asked.

"You should have look at your face! HAHAHAA XD Flower Hannah is not here! I'm just kidding about it!" He said.

Then I hit his head, he's so immature of doing that to me.

"Ouch! That hurts.." He said, you deserve it though. "But why did you react that way?"

"............."

"Oh! You guys promised to look around together" When he said that, I looked at him like 'How did you know??'

"What?? So, it's true?? I was only kidding about it, but I didn't know that it was really true" He said.

"Yeah..I guess so.. (Low Voice)" I said.

"So how did it happe-" He was cut off because someone caught our attention, and looked at it.

"Hey, it's that girl, right?" Someone asked.

"D*mn, she's so pretty"

"That person, right?"

"She's Flower Hannah right?"

"Umm.. Ace?"
"Ace?"
"Ace?" When I looked to whom who was calling me, it was Romeo.. And then he suddenly pointed to someone.

"Well, if it isn't Ace" It was Troy, he was my club mate before but he changed schools.

"Long time no see, Troy!" Romeo said.

"Who are you?" Troy knew Romeo, but since Romeo is wearing a costume so he didn't know.

"Romeo" Romeo said.

"Oh it's you, how are you dude?" Troy asked.

"I'm fine" Romeo said. "Who are you with Troy?" He asked.

"I'm with Mike and Jay" Troy was pointing at them while he was introducing them to us.

"Hey Troy, Look! She's the one, i'm telling you about!" Jay said, and we looked at where he was talking about, and saw that it was Hannah. And they were about to come here.

"You walked home together with her, right?" Troy asked. "Are you guys dating?" He added.

It started to uproar..

"What??"

"Ace and Hannah??"

"You're joking, right??"

"We are not dating!" I said.

"That's right, Troy! You probably mistook him from someone else" Romeo said.

"Is that so?" Troy said.

"You know Troy? You still don't know how to look around your surroundings" Romeo said.

"I guess so hehe, well it's true that Ace wouldn't go home together with a girl, it's so impossible" Troy said.

"That's a relief!"

"I thought they're really dating"

"Well then, we have to go now" Troy said.

"You aren't going inside the haunted house?" Romeo asked.

"Maybe later, see you guys!" Troy said.

When they left already, all the five of us were left, Me, Hannah, Romeo, Jasmine and Gizelle.

"Wanna go buy some caramel popcorn, Gizelle?" Jasmine asked.

"Ahhh.. Sure, gotta go Hannah!" Gizelle said.

And then Hannah just nodded at them. When they left too, now the three of us our left.

"B-bowling..w-wanna go?" Hannah asked.

I was about to answer but then..

"Aren't you supposed to be working hard.. Ace?" Romeo asked.

He's right, I need to work hard. But how could I walk together her.. In this crowd?
Ah! I got it!

"Over here, let's go in together.." I said.

We entered my class's Haunted House. This place is sure is dark, .. Although, Hannah doesn't mind about this, right? I mean, she did say that she's looking forward about this?

"Iiii aammm jeaaloousss~~" some kind of girl who's dressed up like a white lady said.

Then I saw that Hannah hid behind me.

"Umm.. Are you scared? You aren't good with things?" I asked.

Then she just nodded. I knew it! Then i'll just do what I gotta do! I held unto her wrist, and lead her toward the exit.

As we're getting near the exit, what should I do?

I didn't realize that I wasn't holding unto her wrist, and slowly.. We were holding hands.

From here on, I can only move forward!
