Chapter 60 Bear Mask and Heart Mask

Hannah's POV

He's already leaving.

"This is what should happen today...Ace will tell Hannah that he will eat at the Rooftop Terrace again" Jasmine said.

Tomorrow...

At the Rooftop Terrace..

"A-Ace!" I called, then he looked at me. "Thanks for...sending me home.." I said.

Why can't I say the things that I want to say?

Then he started to walk away again, and then he suddenly..looked back.

"Aren't you going in yet?" Ace asked.

"Next time.." Unexpectedly we both said it the same time.

Then we both are pointing out who wanted to speak first.

"If I can..I will send you home again.." He said.

I-is that for real?...0/////0

"Next time..let's go home together again.." I said it already but I didn't expect to say it to him.

After from what I said..when I looked at him, he was blushing a bit. He has this face that looking like uneasy. So we both said "Goodbye" and bowed at each other.

"Then..see you" He said and he ran away.

He really makes my heartbeat fast..0//////0 

With Ace's Goodbye Promise, i'm so happy about it ^_^

Ace's POV

I already reached my home.

"Ace, won't you eat for dinner?" Mom asked.

" I'll eat later" I said.

*slam door*

I went to my room, and  just placed my bag somewhere.

*sigh*

Why do I suddenly..

Suddenly..have this feeling to look for that thing?

That thing was the bear mask..

I looked for it at my cabinet, and finally I saw it.

"What are you looking at?" What the heck!? Romeo's here.

Then I hid it immediately at my cabinet.

"ah, you hide it" He said.

I hope he doesn't notice it.

"Aw, so nice..that you could go home with Hannah" He said.

"I only took her home, and you weren't there of course" I said.

"I was there but you only looked at her, it seems like you guys were in a different world" He said, he was there? How could I not notice it? " I'll help you" he added.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" I asked.

"It's obvious that you like her" He said.

"Of course not" I said.

"You're still talking like that?" He said, then I looked down. "You should probably be more honest of it, since you're already obvious about it" He added.

Honest?

Obvious?

Do I really like her already?

"Hey..Ace!" then I looked at him. "What happened to you? I've been calling you for a while" He added.

"Sorry..I was spaced out" I said.

"Romeo, are you having dinner here?" Mom asked suddenly. 

"Yeah sure :) " Romeo said.

"Mom! You should've knock first (Almost Angry Tone) " I said.

"Why are you so mad?" Mom asked.

"About that..We're discussing something important" Romeo said.

"You should go home you know!" I said.

Then we already went outside my room.

"What if she was taken already..you're okay with it?" Romeo asked.

"Stop talking so much, and why do you care about it so much?" I asked.

"Well that's because we're friends, and I care about you" He said.

Romeo's POV

We went outside their house, Her mom might ask us why are we like this..it's like were fighting but it's only a guy talk.

"I just want Ace..to be happy" I said.

"Stop trying to help me, I'm not even good at these kinds of things" His face is kinda red "I want to work hard by myself" 

He wants to work hard by himself?

Does that mean..

Ace's POV

After what I said..I turned around.

"Okay Ace! I got what you meant!!" Romeo said.

"Huh?" I asked.

"As long as it's Ace..it'll be fine, you're always cool you know?" He said happily.

"I'm not cool" I said, then I realized that he kept on telling me that I was cool..so " How many times are you going to say it huh?" I asked.

"I'm really happy, that you already talked to me about it" He said, and looked at him. "Good luck Ace!" He added.

"Hey" I said.

"hm?" He asked.

"Don't tell anyone about this" I said, he better not tell anyone about it.

"Okay!" He said.

"Also.., is it really obvious?" I asked.

"Well..I think it is really obvious" He said.

"Does H-Hannah knew about it?" I asked.

"I don't know..but it seems to be that she is slow at these things" He said.

"Is that so?" I said.

"Since you're going to work hard, even if she knows..it's alright, right? Even though you obviously like her" He said.

"Hey, stop saying such as "like" in front of other's house" I said.

"That's not the problem" He said.

"Hey..dinner is getting cold" Mom said unexpectedly. She really likes to surprise us..

"Mom..you're too sudden, you just appear suddenly" I said.

"No one knocks from the other side Ace" Romeo said.

Hannah's POV

It's time to go to sleep..sleeping with the mask Ace gave me, it really makes me comfortable.

Ace's POV

I just finished taking a bath and wore my pajamas, suddenly I notice that the bear mask was kinda exposed in my cabinet, so I took it..and kinda felt happy about it. Then I lay on my bed, and slept with that bear mask.
