Down the hallway she stormed. Over the past few hours she managed to curl her hair back into a few simple braids, which spilled down her back shoulders gracefully. Parker walked aside her. She didn't know the kid that well, but honestly enjoyed his presence. Something about him being there felt convenient.

"So when you explain to him about the Grounders then what do you think will happen?" Parker asked, struggling to keep up with Octavia's rapid ongoing pace. She shrugged, honestly unsure for herself what this new chancellor will think. She knows what the old one will think, 'Float em' all.' She giggled to herself, actually wondering if he'd say that, but then forgot about it, continuing her trek.

"Dunno. Chancellor Davis is the mans name, right?" Octavia wondered, turning her neck sideways to face Parker, pimping up her brows. Parker nodded, followed by a shrug and snort.

"Yeah. He is awesome. He made a real big difference back on The Ark..sadly, there were those that didn't get to come down." Parker sighed.

"Wait, your telling me that there are other people that didn't make it down to earth? How?"

"Yeah. At the time, chancellor Davis went on the intercoms and spoke to all of the ark explaining only a few stations will be shot down to earth, explaining that other stations are to vulnerable to the air pockets they'll react to. So we left one station, Cthulhu station." Parker spoke. Octavia couldn't believe there were others still in space. She wondered how much oxygen the abandon fifty would have. Probably over a years worth, considering over two thousand people were removed from the population during departure to earth. Her mind dwindled away from those thoughts, unto a more horrific thought, (well, to her.) she deeply thought over and over on what is going to happen to Bellamy. When they clear all this grounder business up, she pondered upon the fact that Bellamy is a confirmed criminal in the eyes of the guardsmen, and the chancellor himself. Maybe chancellor Davis will show the mercy chancellor Jaha didn't have a chance to show? Only her fate can answer that question. Parker and Octavia soon reached a door, which opened up, automatically. She and him stepped inside, into the chancellors office. Chancellor Davis stood there, his back facing them, as he was going through what looked like a jumble of old looking documents and papers. Parked nudged Octavia, as he walked closely to chancellor Davis.

"Hello dad!" Parker chirped, his hands sliding behind his back, as a smile unfolded across his face. Octavia confusingly glanced at Parker, suddenly receiving the realization that chancellor Davis is Parker's father. Why didn't he tell her that? That would've been useful information to know. She didn't question it, she just stared at the chancellor, who spun right around to face them. He looked a tad different from what he looked like an hour ago at that meeting, or whatever it was. Some kind of annual announcement Octavia believed it most likely was. Chancellor Davis was now wearing an old looking T-shirt with a pair of jeans that were so faded, the faded color made it seem as if it were the official design.

"Hello son!"  Chancellor Davis proudly smiled back. His eyes landed on Octavia, and his smile went vacant of joy, as it transitioned over to a musky confused frown. Octavia had a feeling that he knew she was apart of the hundred, it was obvious. Her hair was longer then any average ark girl, and it was braided. Cuts surrounded her face, as her tank top was drenched in dried mud, and faded blood. Jasper's blood to be in fact. She ignored what happened with jasper, if she thought about it, she knew she would cry. "By golly, who are you!?"

"My name is Octavia Blake. Survivor of the hundred." Her tone was bold, and was sturdy. She noticed a vocalization change in her tone, amazed of how she was maturing and growing up. Chancellor Davis just stood there longer, his jaw half opened, his eyes wide, and swabs of sweat already had begun to drip down his forehead.

"By hundred, do you mean the one hundred juvenile delinquents sent down to earth sixty three days ago to ensure earths habitability?" Chancellor Davis asked once more, his face illuminating with wonder. Octavia's face began to shine in wonder as well. Sixty three days?! It has been that many days since they've landed!? She didn't say anything about the timeline, she just swallowed a bit, her tone getting more high pitched as she spoke nervously.

"Yes. I mean that hundred. And I bear news. We are not alone. Others are on this planet. Grounders. But it is alright, the Grounders and us of he hundred have made a reliable peace with these people. And they are not harmful unless we are harmful. Before the peace, they've killed us, hunted us, and destroyed us...not psychically destroy...mental." Her tone began to lower, as she stood there, thinking about those who didn't make it, About those who died the first day, about those who died yesterday...Octavia tried her best to ignore her demons, but they kept haunting her.

"Grounders? Jesus Christ...I sent a bunch of teams of people out into the wilderness earlier, to go and search for you and the hundred...they all parted their ways about some way north, all going into different directions...their unarmed." Chancellor Davis grabbed a handle bar to the side of the room, gripping it sternly. Octavia sighed in relief.

"Oh Thank god their not armed..they can't cause that much trouble. There is a likely probability that The grounders wont attack them, they'll attack the grounders. Did you send them out with any kind of contact or anything!?"

"Walkie talkies. That is all they have." The chancellor answered, looking quite astonished. Octavia thought to herself, as she and Parker exchanged a few worried glances.

"Bring me to your radio room so we can radio their Walkie talkies. Immediately. We have to be sure they don't harm this alliance." Octavia warned, fiddling her thumbs nervously. Chancellor Davis gave a speedy nod, turning towards a large door. He dug in his pockets a few short seconds before pulling out a ring of keys, using one particular key to unlock the door, turning the knob. On the other side awaited all high tech radio transmitters and machinery. It was a gold mine of equipment. Something about it caused Octavia to think back to a few weeks ago, to when she Finn and Raven built their own radio, and attempted to contact the ark. Soon failing and contacting some unknown place on the ground, called Mount Weather. She remembered how hopeful she was. How excited. Hopefully she can find a way to channel all of those emotions, and use them for the better. If they don't contact these groups in time, they may do something that'll harm the treaty and get themselves killed. Or worse, do something and get all of Octavia's people killed.

As the truth unfolds, only time will tell.
