I squinted lightly at the sun shining directly onto my face. I groaned, reaching over to Jay's side of the bed, feeling nothing.I reluctantly opened my eyes and looked for my boyfriend. Instead, my eyes met a messy, empty, Justin-less right side of the bed. I rubbed my eyes until I saw stars and rolled out of bed.

I stumbled downstairs to an empty kitchen. I frowned harder and grabbed a glass of water. I took a few sips then set it down, padding to the living room. As I got closer I heard the familiar sounds of gun shot and rolled my eyes. I walked into t the living roman saw just what I had expected to see; my cuddle buddy on the couch playing that damn game.

I couldn't tell you what game it was, one of the ones with guns. I don't know what was so interesting about killing a whole bunch of animated men but, Boy, did Justin adore that pastime. Ever since I bought him the console for his birthday, he's been spending more time with it than me. As you could imagine, this wasn't the first time I'd woken up to an empty bed.

I walked to the side of the couch. I had to admit, his concentration was kind of cute. His brows were furrowed, his bottom lip pulled between his lips. "How long have you been down here?" I asked. His eyes didn't budge from the TV. His fingers worked feverishly at the controller buttons. I was getting ready to repeat myself when he responded.

"Since, like, 7 I think, I don't know, babe," he spoke quickly, like him talking was truly distracting from the game. I sighed and walked over to him, sitting next him.

"I missed you in bed. I woke up lonely, baby," I said, running my finger up and down his jaw, admiring it. He jerked his head from me and hummed softly.

"Missed you, too, babe, missed you, too," he shrugged me off. I huffed softly sitting back and crossing my arms over my chest. I pouted and looked at him, his eyes still glued to the screen. Puppy eyes usually always got me what I wanted with Justin. So, I sat back and watched the game he was playing. Obviously, if Justin was interested in it, there was something cool about it.

Alas, no more than six minuets later, I was bored again. I sighed loudly, trying to get Justin's attention. Nothing.

I sighed louder, and cuddled onto his arm. Nothing.

I sighed unbelievably loud and swung my leg over his, cuddling his chest. He moved his arms to wrap around me and continue gaming. Other than that, nothing. I realized my last resort. I sighed one last time, quietly this time, and moved my face to his neck. His breath hitched as mine tickled his throat.

"Do you love the game as much as you love me?" I asked quietly, keeping my mouth close to his neck. He gulped.

"Not even close," he grunted, craning his neck to look past me to the TV. I pressed my lips to his throat as I spoke.

"Then why do you act like it?" I questioned, beginning a slow attack on his neck. I left soft, slow kisses all over his neck, peppering them everywhere I could reach. He squirmed, and tried pushing me away. "I'm not gonna stop until you give me attention," I said, beginning to leave dark marks on his jaw bone.

"I could never love a game more than you, Shawty," he groaned. I hummed.

"That's not how you make me feel," I confessed. Suddenly, the gun shots stopped. Justin tossed the controller across the couch and wrapped his arms fully around me.

"Baby," he sighed. "You think I love my game more than I love you?"

I shrugged softly. "You've brushed me off every extra second you've had to play the game. I'm not mad, I just miss you," I whispered, playing with Jay's finger. He closed his hand around my fingers and brought them to his face, kissing them softly.

"You mean more to me than any game, especially one you bought for me," he muttered against my knuckles. My cheeks heated up.

"You're so sweet, baby," I murmured into his neck, cuddling him. I inhaled deeply, missing being in his arms and the center of attention. He chuckled softly.

"Yeah, yeah, I know," he joked. "Now, let's go back to bed. I missed my cuddly buddy," he said, picking my up and holding me up by my thighs. I wrapped my legs around his waist and he walked us back to bed. I hugged him tightly as he climbed the stairs to the heaven I called bed. We were quickly back in the room and ready for the day of cuddles that were to follow.
