2 days after the hunt, and it was time to find Sierra. If she wasn't dead already, she was going to get the opportunity to be a lost girl. Now we just had to find her. Which was surprisingly hard, since Peter couldn't feel where she was. She was probably in a tree somewhere. So we all had to go look for her in teams of two.

The only ones who didn't go in teams was Peter and Felix. I went with Slightly since he was the only lost boy I knew who wasn't scared of me. Even thought he wasn't scared I still went in human form, just ready to change if something happened.

We were all told to make the whooping sound if we found her. If we were in trouble we had to deal with it ourselves. Typical Peter to say such things, but I knew that he could feel it if we really needed help.

We walked, not really talking, because then we wouldn't be able to hear it if Sierra was near and made a sound. Peter told all of us that we were supposed to catch her and bring her back to camp, without telling her that we caught Iris. Just to give her a shock and so we could have some fun.

I was trying to smell if she was near, but while doing so we hear the whooping sound not so far from here. So we took of running towards were the sound came from. Suddenly we were running alongside some other boys, while more were joining. Now I could smell her and hear her.

I smelled some other boys who was coming from the opposite direction. This was perfect. Now we could surround her, and we did. She stood in the middle, not knowing what to do and looking for an escape. Then Felix walked into the circle, she didn't see him because he was behind her. He had some rope in his hands and before she could realise what had happened, Felix had tied Sierras arms behind her back. He then took her over his shoulder and we all started to walk back. I walked with Slightly just behind Felix the entire time. Sierra was fighting a bit, trying to get free, but she simply wasn't strong enough.

When we arrived, Peter was waiting for us. We all again made a circle with Peter in the middle. Felix put down Sierra right in front of Peter. He stared at her and she just seemed so scared of what was going to happen to her. Then Peter cracked a smile,

"Congratulations, you have started you initiation to be a lost girl." He said and in that second she just seemed so relieved. Felix untied her arms.

"The next part of your initiation is tomorrow. Felix will help you with your tent and he will also show you around the island and tell you the most important things" Peter said. He walked over to me. "Sword training?" I nodded and we took of.

This time everything went a little smoother. He taught me some moves and how to react if someone attacked me.

"Keep your eyes on your opponent." He said. "Know your surroundings." "Look at how I move my feet, it's a tell tale of what I am gonna do next." "Always be aware of your opponents weapon" Trying to all this at once really confused me, and once again I ended up with my back against a tree without my sword and his sword threateningly(is this even a word) close to my neck. I was breathing heavily.

"And always be prepared." He said, removing the sword from my neck.

"How am I supposed to all this at once." I asked, maybe a little too loud.

"The same way everyone else does it, practice. When you fight a hand-to-hand-combat, then how do you do it?" He asked calmly.

"Instinct, my predator is always there, she is always aware of the things I can't be aware of." I answered.

"Well then the answer is simple, do the same in a sword fight. Pull her to the surface, but make sure that you are still in control." He answered as if it was one of the most simple things in the world. I stood still for some time, thought about it.
