Chapter 22 - Revenge and Answers

There was a weird silence between us, it wasn't awkward, it was just ... silence. We were both breathing a bit heavier than normal and we were just staring at each other. I looked into his green eyes, those that reminded me of endless, beautiful, emerald green fields.

Pan kissed me, he leaned in and kissed me without me even realising it. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. I heard the sword landing on the ground, and then I felt his hands on my hips, just so he could get even closer to me, and I really got to feel the tree behind me. My hands quickly moved up to and around his neck. 

As we kissed this light emitted from us as a kind of wave. We broke free from each other and I felt as free as I had before those idiots claimed me. I looked at Pan, breathless. He stared past me, trough me, as if thinking.

"The curse..." Pan's brows furrowed. "We broke the curse..." I still stared at him, not quite understanding what he meant, when it clicked for me,

"True loves kiss..." I said, and just then he looked down at me again. 

I couldn't quite settle on the fact that we were each others true love (just as I had thought for some time now, but know that I knew it to be true it was actually quite hard to handle), so instead I settled on what I knew and what I could handle. With the curse broken I could get my revenge and of course some answers, but most importantly revenge. Those 2 men couldn't command me to do anything now. I then said,

"Lead me to the cages." He looked a bit shocked, but quickly got over it, took my hand and started leading the way.

Peter Pan's POV

I lead her all the way to the cages where the vampire and werewolf were. I was still a bit shocked that we were each others true love, but I didn't show it. Right now I wanted to know what she planned to ask them about and how to get the answers. She went straight to it,

"How did you get here?" She asked them. Both of them kept silent. Which was stupid, because I knew she would do something to them if they didn't answer, I just didn't know what. "Let me ask something else; do you care about each other?" Both looked at each other and then they nodded, looking a bit skeptical. "How about I keep my end of the deal and just rip out Bill's throat, would any of you like that?" She asked them. Both shook their heads as a no. "Then answer me; How did you get here?" She said this while gritting her teeth. I was a bit shocked that she had threatened to rip out his throat, I didn't think that was like her.

Joe sighed and said "We got here on captain Hook's ship, but he sailed long time ago." She looked at me, as if asking who it is. I shook my head; I didn't recognize the name. 

"Why come here? Why search here?" She asked again.

"Don't you recognize us?" Joe said with an evil smirk plastered on his face. Katherine looked like she was thinking about something. Then suddenly she looked like she realized something.

"You were the ones that chased me just before the shadow caught me... So that is why you chased me, not because I stole something, but because you wanted me..." She said. Then she looked at me, "Do we need anymore information from them?"

"No, you are free to do with them what you want. I could kill them for you if that is what you want" I said. She shook her head,

"No, thanks for offering, but I will do that myself." As she said this she slowly turned her head back to look at them with an evil stare.

Katherine's POV

Just as I had promised, I ripped out Bill's throat with my bare teeth. But not before killing Joe before his eyes. It felt good to get my anger out on them. Now I unfortunately had to think about the fact that Peter Pan is my true love. Tomorrow, I told myself.

I woke up next to Pan as usual. The unusual thing was that he was staring at me. Normally he would leave if he woke up before me, but this time he just stared at me, and now I was staring back. Wondering why and how he could just stare like that.

"You are staring an awful lot at me, Pan" I said. 

"Call me Peter" He said. He then grabbed my waist and pulled me over to him, only to hug me. At first I froze. "Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you." He said. This caused me to relax. It felt weird to be this close to him in this way. Before it didn't mean anything when we were close while sleeping, but now I could feel that it meant something, and of course it did. This were the first small steps to a real relationship with Peter.

"Today, we are going to punish Iris a bit more. We'll have some target practice and then I am gonna give you a reward for being the first lost girl ever" He said and smiled. I smiled back.

"Then we better get up, since we have some things to do today"I said. He squeezed me one last time and let go so I could get up.

A/N - IMPORTANT, READ PLEASE!!

I've changed a few things in chapter 2. It is nothing major, just to make the timeline fit. Katherine didn't grow up in our time, but back around the time when Killian turned to captain Hook. When Pan and Katherine first met, it was the second time Pan was out playing with the pipe to get more boys. Which is why Katherine didn't meet Bealfire/Neal or Rumpelstiltskin.

I changed the things 25 February 2016, so if you read chapter 2 after this date you can just ignore this note.
