Chapter 11 - Mermaid, Maid, aid

Katherine's POV

I was laying close to the shore of the lagoon, right where they threw me. I was still to tired and hurt to figure out which lagoon. So all I did was curl myself into a ball, while looking at the water. I was so tired, shaking and bleeding. My vision was slightly blurry and I was still naked from when they ripped of my clothing to... I can't even think about it. I fell so disgusted.

"BOYS" I heard Pan shout. I didn't even know that he that he was here before that.

Then all of a sudden, there was this girl in front of me. 

"Do you need help?" She asked, I just nodded, she looked so kind and innocent.

"I can help you, just take my hand." She reached out her hand, I was wondering for a second whether to trust her or not, but just then she gave me a reassuring smile. I made a decision, and used my last energy on taking her hand.

The second I touched her, she grabbed my hand very tight and pulled. And I, that didn't have any energy left, just followed. 

Suddenly we were under water, I still had my blurry vision, but I was able to see that she actually had a tail, like a fish tail...

SHIT!

I tried to pry my hand out of hers, but she had an iron grip and wouldn't let go. I was not good at holding my breath, but she just kept on pulling me further down and at an even faster pace. Soon I couldn't hold my breath anymore and I would die a horrible death. Eaten by mermaids. 

I lost my breath, I simply couln't hold it anymore. But of course instead of getting air in my lungs I got water. Suffocating water.

All of a sudden I could feel my predator, and I could feel the small tickling sensation all over my skin. I was getting a new animal. And it felt great. I forgot all about almost drowning.

I could feel my new skin take over my old one. But for the first time (but for the first time in forever I finally feel free(Sorry just had a Frozen moment)) I couldn't feel what the animal was. 

The change was complete, so I looked down at myself and saw a tail and a human torso...

I was a mermaid. 

I could feel my vision becoming more clear, and I got more energy. I pulled slightly against the other mermaids grip, she looked at me and her eyes widened, she let go (Let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore(Sorry another Frozen moment)) of me instantly. 

"I'm soo sorry, I didn't mean to... I'll do anything, I'll be you servant, I'll be you maid. Just please don't tell the mermaid council. They'll kill me, they said that this was my last chance" She said. I didn't even know that mermaids had real feelings, so I was shocked. 

"No, don't worry I won't tell anyone, that you did it." I answered. She suddenly looked very calm. She thanked me and swam away.

I started swimming upwards, it felt quite odd to do because of the tail ,instead of two legs. When I came to the shore. I swam as close as I could, I was on my stomach, supporting my weight with my arms and looking up at Pan, but then suddenly I chanced back, and my extra energy was gone. Once again I naked, and my head fell sideways down, as did my my arms. The fast change was probably because of the bullet wound, the collar or both.

I felt extremely tired, but I knew I had to make sure they removed the bullet so I could start to heal. 

Pan ran towards me, while he was ordering some of the lost boys to do some things, that was all I knew cause I didn't have enough energy to look. Pan put a cloak over me, to cover me. So now he was close enough, to actually hear my small voice.

"Pan... the bullet... you have to remove... the bullet." I told him. He seemed to listen, cause he answered

"I'll make sure everything will be alright" That was enough for me. 

He rolled me around, lifted me and carried me bridal style, and that was the last thing I remember.

I woke up again with only one feeling, and one feeling only.

Pain.

I was laying on my stomach, in a very soft bed. Someone was holding me down, while someone else was was doing something with my wound. I guess they were trying to get the bullet out. I was still wearing the collar. So I was no real threat.

"Who is it?" I asked, in a very calm voice. They both froze at the sound of my voice.

"Calm down, I am still wearing the collar so I'm not going to kill anybody... Yet" I said, the yet was added quietly. At what I said, they seemed to relax a little again.

"I'm Slightly, and this is Nibs." One of them spoke, I remembered seeing Slightly, but I've never seen the other one before.

"Could one of you hurry with getting the bullet out? It kinda still hurts... a lot." I said. Then I felt some more pain, some parts of it made me want to scream. I hate silver.

And then the pain stopped, I felt like I wasn't weighing anything at all, I felt like I could fly.

Both boys hopped of off me. 

"Nibs, go get Pan," Slightly said. First now I noticed that my hands were tied behind my back. So instead of sitting up, I just turned my head while asking,

"What's wrong?" 

"You can't feel it?!?" He said while sounding very shocked. 

Suddenly Pan came into the tent, as soon as he saw me he froze.

"She claims that she can't feel it," said Slightly. And just like that Pan looked even more worried.

Sorry it's been so long since last time I updated, I hope you guys stay with me.

Hope you survive even though there is no Peter Pan's Point of view this time.

Not this week, but the one afterwards, I am not going to be home so I can't update there. I hope that I have time to write on more chapter before that.
