Wow, late update. Was supposed to be up 23rd midnight but I wasn't done by that time.

'What a match, I'm half doomed and you're semi-sweet.'
"Jay, your little Red is here!" Ashley calls out to me as I stack the outdated books at the back. I sigh. I can't get a break from either of them.
"Uh, be there in a sec!" I finish the sixth box and brush off the dust from my hands. There's a lot to do in here and since I've been neglecting work a lot, Melanie had me in the headlights. I have to make up for the times Pete or Gerard pulled me out of work. Also, it's to keep my mind off of them.
They don't seem to leave me, though. Pete kept on trying to sit me down and talk, while Gerard liked to take me to places. I don't want to do any of those right now. I still haven't decided what to do with these feelings.
"Do you need help?"
I almost drop the box. I turn to the doorway and see Gerard leaning there, a small smile on his face. Augh, fuck me up.
I shake my head, then go back to reading the titles I have to put away. He walks over me and gives me a short kiss on the lips. "You've been off lately. Is something bothering you?"
Yes. You. And Pete. And every-fucking-thing else.
Leave us alone for now, Gee. Patrick needs to think.
Shut up.
"Nah, I'm just tired." That's all comes out of my mouth. He helps me carry the box to the top row, before spinning me to his arms. I'm stunned for a little, but I regain my composure.
Gerard sits on the old chair and puts me on his lap. I try not to turn red at this position but my cheeks betrayed me and I hide my tomato face. I hear him chuckle and he removes my hands from my face.
"Don't cover that pretty soft cheeks." Gerard wraps his arm around my waist, while the other stays on my thigh. "Okay, I talked to Melanie a while ago and she was upset you've been missing work because of me. I asked her for one last day before I won't sneak you out of work completely."
"And w-what did she say?"
Please tell me she said no. It's becoming too risky of me being with Gerard all the time, I feel that Pete is getting suspicious on where I go.
"She said I can take you out today. Let's go to my house!" He places his other arm under my legs and carries me bridal style. I hold onto his sweater tightly, closing my eyes. "You'll get to meet Frankie, he's my soulmate but he rarely comes out of his room. Then we'll bake some sweets!"
Frankie? I think I know a Frankie before but I don't remember him that much. "C-can we make cinnamon rolls?"
"Anything you want, babe." He kisses my temple, ignoring Ashley's teasing and the other people's stares. He sets me down gently on the passenger seat when we get to his car. I strap in the seatbelt and fumble with the CDs on the compact. I find My Chemical Romance's Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge album -that's my shit- and put that in.
Oh crap, I remember it's March 22nd today. I'm internally sobbing right now.
"What's with the long fac- oh fuck." Gerard stares at the player, which is blaring Helena. "I thought it's tomorrow, oh dear, I hope they're not getting harassed again."
"Yeah, they deserve to be happy." I say, looking at the album art.
He hums along the song, starting up the car and drives to his house. I watch the buildings and the people move backwards as he drives. It's a calming thing to do, just seeing stuff fading away. I close my eyes and just listen to the music.
