I've decided to make this story in alternate point of views 'cause sometimes I'm in the middle of Patrick's POV and my brain just goes

Brain: u gotta write Pete's pov
Me: why im doing Patri-
Brain: u gotta
Me: ok

So yeah. Just a heads up :)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well, we tried to use codes and stuff but y'know. This works too. He and I only text each other like that. The 'daddy' calling is also just a joke. Mikey is usually a grammar nazi, but he lived off 11 years of his life being around me so he got used to my antics.

I drive to the Way's apartment after getting Mikey a venti Americano. Since Gerard isn't there, I didn't buy an extra. Yes, I know Gerard fucking Way. What I don't know is that he's Patrick's ex-boyfriend who's gone full asshole? I don't know.

Gerard is a very nice guy. He's so caring and loving towards everyone. So I'm really surprised that he and Patrick had a bad history. What made Patrick hate him so much?

I knock on their door and wait for Mikey to open it. I hear a small clatter then the door swings, revealing Mikey still in his pajamas. He got this night shift at a bar but damn. His blond hair disheveled and he's wearing this loose pajamas that shows the garter of his Kleins. That white shirt and his face glowi-

Pete, remember. It's Mikey. Don't fucking embarrass yourself.

Also, you're in a fucking relationship with Patrick. Don't mess it up with your dumb crushes. Mikey's happy with Dallon Weekes.

"You don't have work today or it's too early?" I let myself in and give him his coffee.

He sips a little before saying, "No work, it's my day off. So, what's it about Patrick?"

Mikey Way. Always straight to the point.

He's not straight, though.

"I wanna ask about what happened years ago." I pout, sitting on the lumpy old couch.

"Well, there's a lot that happened. You should ask Patrick about it, then I'll fill you in on the other details. Gee's pretty shit about telling the story so when he told me, he kept on being off track. What I know is that Gee was drunk that day and he did some awful shit, and Patrick left Gee with only a message written on his arm using a marker." Mikey furrows his brows a little. "It's like that song from those falling boys. 'I wrote a goodbye note in lipstick on your arm when you passed out'. Except it's marker, not lipstick."

Falling boys. Never heard of the band. Sarcasm included.

"First of all," I start with a sigh, "It's Fall Out Boy, my favorite band. Pretty sure you know them from the song, Sugar, We're Goin Down."
