babe we gonna go out 2nite wther ya like it or nah. wear smth cmfortble. preferbly a jacket lol :))))

I send Patrick the text message. I plan to take him out just on the penthouse on the top floor, a tent with lots of blankets and fairylights set up around my laptop and some snacks. Brendon helped me set while Patrick was at work.

"What if he asks where you got all this shit, Pete? What are you gonna say?" Brendon asks me, throwing himself on the bundles of blankets. He looks like he was drowning under them.

I scoff at him, "You're ruining it, asshole. Ehh... I'll think of something when I'm there. It's not like he'll know we bought dozens of blankets and pillows just to say this up."

"True, but still. From your stories, Patrick is a clever guy. He'll find out your richer than the mayor of this town."

"Not if I distract him enough. I'll tell him, I promise." I sigh, and my phone beeps. Brendon goes over my shoulder to read it.

"No, he took it the wrong way." My phone beeps again.

Brendon giggles, which sounds like a freaking highschool girl. "With looks and attitude like that, you're probably the bottom of your relationship. I can see it now." He waves his hand in the air.

I stare at him like he's a madman. No, I can't be a sub! I was born dominant!

"I'm a year older than him!" I protest.

"Yeah, but you're a twink. I mean, come on. Pete, as much as I love you as a brother, I am dreadful to say that Patrick is the guy in your relationship." He bats his eyes at me, in which I sneer at. There's another beep.
