Brynn's POV

"Okay so we'll have Ava here in the front..." Karen is setting us up for the first photo. I nervously readjust my sash. Everyone here is so good... Like I got 15th at worlds and the world champion is standing right next to me! I've been working really hard to get in the top 10 this year and I hope I'm able to do it...
"Brynn go behind Lucy..." They're making us into a V shape.
"Okay girls now look serious." The photographer says. Apparently this is like gonna be a huge thing to promote dance... Like it's even gonna be playing in movie theaters! So that's why they're making us do all the photos so they can promote it everywhere. It's supposed to come out in May.
"Okay Brynn and..." Karen looks down onto her sheet... What am I gonna have to do? and who is it with? "... Ava. Reese has the outfits set in your dressing rooms so go change now."
Omg I have a photo with Ava? What? We both go change. Inside is a strapless dress with black on the top and a light green skirt. I change into that and Ava comes out and she has on the same thing except hers is a blue skirt.
"Omg Brynn you look so pretty..." Ava says.
"You look better..."
"Not really... blue isn't really my color..."
"Brynn! Ava! You two are gonna go sit on that white couch by the window." Karen says. We both head over to the couch. They have us move around, doing different faces. Ava is such a goofball! Like half the photos aren't right because she'd make a funny face and I would crack up!
Everyone else gets small group photos and individual ones. Once we're all done, Lucy's mom (and all the other moms) Say that we're all going out to eat and hang out at the Santa Monica Pier! Lucy told us it's like an amusement park! We go back to our hotels and change. I put on a black and white striped shirt, denim overalls and white converse. We all meet up and the moms give us all money and we go into the park! We ride a bunch of rides and play a lot of games. I feel like we all really bonded today! I'm sad I won't get to see them until worlds and that's in a month!
"Guys I just had an awesome idea..." Lucy says as we're leaving the pier. "We should all make a group chat so we can stay in touch!"
"Omg yes!" Ava squeals. And within a minute I'm getting texts in a chat! We all get each other's numbers.
"Now we can stay in touch!" I say.
"Yeah! I'm gonna miss you guys so much!" Adelaide says.
"Me too..." Taylor agrees.
"But we get to see each other at worlds which will be here before we know it!" Isabel says.
"Ugh don't say that..." Ava says.
I'm surprised by that... Shouldn't the world champion be the most excited about going back?
"Guys group hug!" Violet says because we're out of the park and now we have to go our separate ways to our hotels... We all bring it in for one big hug. Worlds will be here before we know it...
