N-n-n-no, no, no, no place I'd rather be..."
I shut off my alarm. Today is worlds day and there is truly no place I'd rather be. I get up out of bed and change into my blue sports bra, matching Nike pros and I put on our schools jersey over it.
I go into the bathroom to start on my make up. First I put on some primer then I use my Pro Longwear Nourishing Waterproof Foundation from Mac in the shade NC45. I blend it out with my foundation brush then I take some Longwear powder in Medium tan and put it on over my foundation to Matte it out and set it. I then take out my eyeshadow palette and start on that. I put a dark brown over my eyelid and golden shimmer in the corner. I put a lighter brown up in my crease and a cream shade up by my eyebrows. I fill in my eyebrows next. I do a cat eye and then I take out my fake eyelashes and glue them on. I take out some random mascara to blend my real eyelashes into the fake ones. I pull out a Coral blush and put it over my cheek bones with a big fluffy brush. I take out my new lipstick, a bright coral one from Mac, and I put it on my lips.
Then I start on my wig. I put in my poof maker then pull hair over. I pull the rest of my hair into a high ponytail then pin it into a bun. I grab my bun wig and start to secure it with bobby pins. Once I do that, I put in my crown and a pair of white roses to the side. I leave the bathroom with one last spritz of hairspray then mom goes in to get ready. I start to stretch because when we get down we'll only have an hour and I want to practice right away. I do a bunch of stretches while waiting for mom. Once she finishes getting ready I grab my dance bag, put on my nikes and we head down to the venue. Today is my chance to show the world that I am a top dancer!
