Chapter 24

"So when were you gonna tell me you were pregnant ?!" Lemy said rubbing her huge belly as we took a walk around my neighborhood. She wanted to get me out of the house because of all the stress I've been under.

"I don't know i tried telling August y-" she cut me off.

"What do you mean you tried telling August?"

"He's denying our baby lem" I said as my eyes started to water.

She looked at me with sympathy and pulled me into a hug. "It's ok Myla I know I know get it all out" she said rubbing circles into my back as I cried hysterically.

"I-I just don't know what to do! I can't do this alone."

"It's ok la la you know I got you girl , I'm here you're not alone. I can't wait to meet him or her, just think about it a little bad ass baby Myla running around" she said trying to cheer me up.

I sniffed and wiped away my tears doing a small chuckle.

"Now Stop all that crying, you can't be putting all that stress on my niece or nephew"

I smiled "thanks for being here for me lem"

"Anytime girl anytime"

We walked around for a couple more minutes and then went back to my house going our separate ways. I'm supposed to be meeting up with my dad today he just asked for me to stop by since he hasn't seen me in a while.

After I went inside the house I grabbed my car keys and my purse leaving out and locking my door. I got into my car heading into the direction of his house.

I pulled up to his house 20 minutes later and got out knocking on the door. A couple minutes later Melissa came opening the door.

"Hi Myla look at you girl , you are glowinggggg" she squealed looking down at my belly

"Heyyyy" I smiled stepping inside the house. I took my shoes off at the door because my dad is a clean freak and wants any guests that comes over to take their shoes off so no dirt won't get on the white carpet.

"We were all just in the family room talking about you " she said as I followed her into the family room.

When I walked in the family room my dad greeted me.

"Hey princess" my dad said looking at me shocked I guess he noticed my growing belly. I also noticed Priscilla sitting on the opposite couch as him. Now don't tell me this is Melissa's daughter oh god.

"Hi dad" I smiled sitting down next to him.

"I wanted you to meet Priscilla, Melissa's daughter. Priscilla this is my daughter Myla and Myla this is Priscilla." My dad said not taking his eyes off my stomach

"I already kn-" she cut me off

"It's nice to meet you Myla" she fake smiled. I know this bitch is not playing like she don't know me!

"Like wise." I said turning my attention back to my father. He gave me a look as to why I didn't give her the same energy she was giving to me back but I shook it off.

"So what's going on right here?" My dad asked I knew he was talking about me being pregnant

"We have a grand baby coming " Melissa said excitedly. "Not just 1 but 2" she squealed

I was confused at first but I looked over to see Priscilla with a huge belly poking out. I almost choked on my spit. That bitch better not be pregnant by aug.

I fake smiled.

"how far are you ?" He asked

"I'm 3 months I'll be 4 tomorrow"

"Do you know who the dad is?" Priscilla asked causing her mom to glare at her.

"I should be asking you that" I said smiling at her. She rolled her eyes causing me to smirk.

My father looked at us confused. "Am I missing something ?"

"No dad everything's fine I'm just gonna go" I spoke up

"Why you leaving so soon girl, stay and help make dinner " Melissa said

"Well I am pretty hungry so I don't mind." I said getting up and following Melissa into the kitchen.
