It's been two years since ( y/n ) went missing, or in her case 'traveling lonely'. Adrien has been searching nonstop with the search parties he's had. Eventually everyone gave up, and he was alone. Right now, he was in the park, sitting on the fountain thinking of ( y/n ).
"Excuse me miss, do you know where Boulangerie Patisserie is?"~ ????
"Wait, that's Marinette parents' bakery..."~ Adrien whispered to himself
He looked up to see a girl about his age asking an elder lady.
"Sorry sweetie, I've never been there actually."~ ????
"Oh ok, thank you."~ ????
"Hey, girl. I know that place."~ Adrien
The girl turned around and saw Adrien walking to her.
"You....do?"~ ???
"Yup, follow me."~ Adrien
*( Y/N )'s P.O.V *
Great, I'm following my ex crush, but it looks like he doesn't recognize me.
"Hey do I know you? You look familiar."~ Adrien
Great, I was thinking too soon.
"Um, I guess not. I don't know you."~ you
Such a lie.
"Oh, well I'm Adrien. I just thought so because you look a lot like my friend that ran away two years ago."~ Adrien
"Ah. What her name?"~ you
"( y/n ), ( y/n ) ( l/n )."~ Adrien
"Oh....nope. My name's Jessica Thompson."~ you
"Oh, well, we're here."~ Adrien
"Thanks."~ you
"If you want, you could hang out with me after."~ Adrien
"Ok, but-"~ you
"Here's my number."~ Adrien
He shoved a piece of paper into my hoodie pocket.
"Bye."~ Adrien
He gave me a smile that made my heart flutter.
'No ( y/n ), don't fall for him again.'
I walk into the bakery, and wait until I see a very large man.
"Oh hello, are you the new employee?"~ ????
"Um, yeah?"~ you
"Well, I'm Mr. Dupain.~ Marinette's Dad
"Oh, good afternoon Mr. Dupain."~ you
"Good afternoon. My daughter will show you your job and around the house."~ Mr. Dupain
"Ok."~ you
"Marinette!"~ Mr. Dupain
Marinette lives here! No wonder he knew, they're dating.
"Yes? Oh you're here. Hi, my name's Marinette. What's yours?"~ Marinette
"Jessica, Jessica Thompson."~ you
*Time Skip Thirty minutes later*
"So, that's pretty much it."~ Marinette
"Oh ok."~ you
"Hey, I think I know you."~ Marinette
"What? R-really?!?! Nah, maybe you're confusing me with someone else."~ you
